Hello folks and welcome back for today's review of the Hell Vape Dead Rabbit MTL 2 rta that was sent to me from HEALTHCABIN. This MTL rta has some really nice features about it with some extra's that should make all MTL vapers happy. Instead of a adjustable airflow control this RTA uses 6 airflow pins with different mm sizes and they can be switched in and out on the fly without disturbing your build or dismantling the tank plus there's a few extra's included that allow customization of the atomizer.

    FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Packaging is nothing special but it's presentation of the atomizer and it's components is done rather nicely. The RTA with the short set-up sit's in a cutout with 5 airflow pins next to it, the 1.2mm pin is already installed on the atomizer. Below the RTA and pins the 4ml glass and long barrel chamber with a delrin short drip tip sit in there own cutout with a spares bag containing O-rings, top cap gasket and a tiny screwdriver along with the user manual. Hell Vape also provides a long piece of shoelace cotton and a 0.7Ω Ni-80 coil that is 2.5mm. You have everything you need to get this RTA up and running and the cotton is pretty long giving you about 5 cotton changes.

I apologize that there are no content pictures with more detail but ECF wont allow me to post them saying the picture file is too large when I have posted similar photos for all my reviews in the past.

I really like the build deck which happens to be a improved version of the first one. It is so easy to build on and there are even rod cutouts on each side for a perfect build.

Breaking the RTA down is very easy to do, the top cap is a twist off with few turns, to remove the deck simply line up both dimples and then pull the the deck and glass apart from each other.

As I always do with any new atomizer I gave it a long soak in a bath of hot water and dawn dish soap to remove any remaining oils from the manufacturing process that might still be on it. After everything was dry it was time for a build which is so easy to do as I stated earlier. Snip the coil legs as flush as you can then wick it, cut the wick end at the base of the atomizer and gently tuck the ends into the wicking wells ( DON'T PACK THEM ).

I wanted you all to see the different ways this atomizer could be configured and by the way you can use tour own 510 drip tips if you prefer to, for me the short delrin drip tip was my choice. I like how easy it is to change drip tips by just unscrewing them and they can be switched out on the fly.

The atomizer uses a juice flow control that works very well and when the atomizer is not in use simply close the juice flow control to prevent oversaturation that can cause leaking. If you are a person that fly's a lot this feature will be very useful preventing leaks from pressure changes.

Another nice thing is this RTA is a sipper of juice, that's why I prefer the short barrel and 2mm glass with the derin drip tip, plus I think it looks better as well. The long drip tip just was to long for me.

    FINAL IMPRESSIONS

I have to say I'm pretty impressed with this MTL RTA for many reasons. First and foremost is flavor for any RTA and this one delivers great flavor, I used a complex juice that I make to see if it could deliver what others aren't able to do.

Being able to customize the tank size is a very nice bonus and although using the short barrel and 2ml glass provided better flavor not much was lost using the long chamber with the 4ml glass.

The ability to change airflow pins without disturbing your build or having to drain the tank is the 2nd nice bonus. Airflow isn't the smoothest but it's very doable having no chop or slop with it.

Ease of use is a feature we all look for and again this atomizer delivers that. Hell Vape was generous providing 2 different drip tips and a long piece of shoelace cotton for many build. I used everything provided with this atomizer including the Ni-80 0.7Ω coil the came out to 0.79Ω when built.

I tried all airflow pins and settled on the 1.5mm, the 0.8 is really tight and the 2.0 is really loose so everyone should find a pin that works for their type of airflow. I highly recommend this MTL RTA.

I would like to thank Sue and HEALTHCABIN for providing this for the purpose of my review, I would also like to thank all of you that read my reviews.

    THANK YOU
