I am new to this forum, I just joined today.. I wanted to say hello to my fellow vapers, and ask a question..

I have a SVD in the mail on it's way, and plan to by a nemsis clone very shortly as well... I was wondering if these batteries (efest [h=1] IMR 18650 2000mah 3.7v High Drain Li-mn Rechargeable Battery with Button Top ) Will work with both mods, or should I get different batteries ? [/h]

Thanks for any advice..

Those batteries will work, but aren't the greatest of batteries.

For a single battery that works great in both mods check the Orbtronic 18650 2900 mAh High Drain. Great little batteries for VV and mech mods.

They have both protected and unprotected versions. Make sure you get the Unprotected.

FWIW.... I'll throw my idea into this.....
AW IMR 18650 1600mAH.....Button top.....24 AMP MAX DISCHARGE RATE...
Rated for "SAFE USAGE" down to .4 ohm....with a "safety margin" of 20%....it can be used to ~.7-.8 ohms...
EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT doing sub-ohm loads....the added current capacity is peace-of-mind....
VAPE SAFE!!!:)
Happy (vaping) Trails!

The choice is more critical if you're using a mech mod, especially with sub oHm coils, in which case you need something rated high enough in Amps to handle that kind vaping.

For a regulated mod such as yours, EFests will work just fine, but you could go with AWs, which cost a few $$ more per, but are worth it; they tend to last longer between charges than EFests, and will also serve you well if you get a mech mod down the road. For regulated mods, I also like Panasonic CGR18650CHs (2250 mAh), which have decent battery life.

Make sure you get unprotected batteries -- protected batteries tend not to work with regulated mods like your SVD.

I have not ordered any brand of battery yet, I'm trying to figure out which ones I should get.... I would like to order four, so I don't want to get the wrong battery....
