Don't get excited kids, that's the same text description given when the VT75 Nano came out. It means "easier", when compared to the larger VT75 which had no flip up latch.

Aha....... ok.

So perhaps hcigar should send out little blue pliers with the then VTs, eh? ;)

Nanos & Egg Rolls. My absolutely new favorite portable combo, all things considered. Small, light, marvelous vape, and NO leaks.

The scractches/marks are on the clear wraps and are invisible to my naked eyes.

My naked eyes see not a scratch or a mark. LOVERLY, DPL.

    Hi all,

Just got this mod and it is so nice. Compact and it's DNA device, awesome.

Since this is my first DNA device what settings would you recommend I set on escribe? Any relevant material for the DNA75 around?

    Thank you so much!

Congratulations, and enjoy it! Do you have the two manuals (Nano & EScribe)? You'll want those. These links may be useful for you.

Thanks, they are very useful. Will have a read tonight.

But I was mainly asking about the important settings in regards to the functioning of the device that are missing as far as I understood such as mod resistance, case analysis etc.. Have you guys figured out those values?

Not me, but maybe someone else here. I'm a simple vaper. Push button, vape, occasionally grunt.

I like the looks of this one (especially in silver!), but that battery cap is holding me off... How annoying is that thing? I've got 3 DNAs so far (VS DNA 40, SMY sDNA 75 in black & silver), but this is just so cute...

For reasons nobody can quite figure, the red ones can be a little frustrating at times. I haven't had many issues, but you really do need to take your time with it. @Katdarling had to put hers aside last night, then come back to it (which she did, successfully). My gray one is not a problem at all, consistent with a few other reports of the black ones.

All in all, it's a tough call. I absolutely LOVE the mod (weight, hand-feel, design & performance), so for me it's worth it. I'd be hesitant to recommend that anyone else go out and buy one, but that's pretty much the case for any mod (with me). It's way too personal a call (to each our own).

I'm with DPL. DebbieNY, it really IS such a tough call. I love mine, but is the batt cap annoying? It sure CAN be. I gave up trying to even get it back on last nite after a good 15 minutes of trying. I came back to it later on in the evening, with my trust pliers, and boom, on it went.

Let us know if you do opt for one, because they DO win out in the cuteness factor. :)

I lubed the threads on my gunmetal gray one when I got it and it has been flawless.
Be gentle, make sure not to cross thread it and turn the mod instead of the cap.
I almost didn't buy one because of the stories. Glad I did. I love it!
    I may be lucky. YMMV

Yeah, there's a very distinct difference between my red one and my gray one. I'm not the first to report this either. The gray one is almost smooth as silk.

    VERY strange.

For some strange reason my screen changed and now when I try to change it back through escribe it says its uploading but the screen still stays the same and dont change. Its got the temp in the large font when before it showed the watts instead. Ive tried to change it under the screen tab with no luck. Has anyone seen this before?

You might not want to lube the threads unless it Noalox.

The battery cap doesn't really bother me because it's an Evolv chip and charging via USB isn't an issue. The 510 is the deal breaker for me and why I don't use mine anymore.

You're in Temperature Dominant mode. There's a check box in Escribe to turn it off in profile.
