Hazelnut

I'm sure I missed the post to this question but here goes , is there a true to life hazelnut flavor on the market ?

Everything I have tried so far isn't Hazelnut and I think you know what I mean .

Reason for asking is I would like a nice Hazelnut Cream flavor to go with my morning coffee .

This is one i'm trying to nail down too. Sometime last year I attempted much the same as you descripe with FA hazelnut and it turned out horrible and I gave up.
I just received some Capella hazelnut and mix it at 10% with 1% sweetener and its ok. But I want exactly what you are describing also!
So far I've attempted
7% TFA Hazelnut
5% TFA Marshmellow
3% TFA Caramel Candy
3% Ethyl Malto
2% Dulce de leche

I mixed this on the 21st and it not doing it for me yet......recipe is not my own.......may need to steep a bit, maybe way off on the %'s
But Cappellas by itself seems to taste the best to me right now......it also has the best smell out of the three I have
Good luck... If you come up with something please post it and I'll do the same.

Are you guys looking for real hazelnut, as in the raw nut? Or are you looking for coffee creamer type hazelnut, which is nothing like a real hazelnut's flavor?

If you are looking for hazelnut coffee creamer type flavor, which it sounds to me like that's what you mean, then try FW hazelnut. It's very creamy, and to me tastes exactly like many store bought hazelnut coffee creamers that we'd use in actual coffee.

If you are looking for real hazelnut flavor, like the actual nut then I'd suggest Molinberry or Inawera, both are real raw plain hazelnut flavor, no roasted/toasted/salted aspect, just plain fresh hazelnut. The Inawera one is very strong, if you get that, in original bottles, start at only 3-5 drops per 10ml

Never use hazelnut coffee creamer, but LOVE me some Frangelico.
I am happy with straight hazelnut, but would be super happy with a sweet caramel hazelnut.....I'm just getting started so I'm not giving up yet.

Since you mentioned sweet caramel hazelnut, have you tried the TFA Hazelnut Praline? I was considering picking up that one soon

Haven't tried much yet, I'm just getting started... I tried some time ago to diy and just gave up.
Had to go check but the first Hazelnut I tried was FA...never had any luck with it and it smells strong and taste worse... To me
The Capellas I like, just staight up and it smells yummy too!
The TFA I am just now experimenting with and the above posted recipe.....NOT the ONE for me yet.....the straight flavor has a woody/corky kinda undertone smell to me.
Those flavors look interesting....
I have a mish mash of flavors from last year, then I placed a very small Capella order and before it arrived my husband came home with 50 plus bottles from the local B&M guy who decided to not make his own juices!

So I have 3 different hazelnuts at my disposal....and flavors out the whazooo.....been mixing like a fool lately!
I'm not giving up on any of them yet......just need more time and experience

Yeah I have Flavor Art, TFA and Capella.......NO Flavor West......yet
FA is foul smelling to me! Maybe I should try .5%....

Yes, maybe try 0.5%, or mix 1ml into 10ml of PG and then try using that as a flavoring starting at 1%

I could not even say...I never could get it anywhere near something I wanted to vape, BUT I was and still am new to this whole mixing thing.
The only difference now is that I have a YEAR of reading under my belt!
It could be just the right one.....must experiment further.....oh hell I might just mix all three and see where that gets me

A year of reading should take you a long way, now you'll have to add a year of mixing and buying new flavors

Don't mix all three until you have a good handle on each one at it's perfect lower enjoyable percentage, then you'll have a better idea of how to mix them all.

Then FW is the one you are probably looking for. I've not tried TFA or CAP, so can't comment on those, but FW is the only one I've tasted that wasn't a raw plain actual nut only type flavor, the FW is a creamy coffee creamer type of hazelnut.
