Recently purchased the Notebook from Black Note a couple weeks ago. Overall very satisfied with their lineup. They have very good tobacco blends. Very flavorful. coils last longer in dripper and tanks. Might reorder a couple of my favorites in 30ml.

I just recently ordered 6 samplers from Naturally Extracted Tobacco.
Will decide if they are better then Black Note. Hopefully they are because they are cheaper. :D But if not I will be going with black note. At the moment they have the best tobacco blends I have tried. I just wish they were a tad cheaper.

Just chiming in here! I recently got some Black Note Solo from the classies and it is awesome! I was a menthol smoker for 45 years and even after two years of vaping I still get an craving from time to time. Solo is just what I needed! I have tried other minty menthol juice before and they never took care of that crazy urge, but Solo does! The juice is well worth it in my opinion!

Well i received my NET.com order two days ago. I have seven 5ml samples, one was free. I let them steep for a day a tried a couple in a dripper. Im not getting much flavor at all so Im going to let them all steep longer before trying anymore. I did some searching and some say they NEED to steep. Im willing to do that before passing judgement. The blends descriptions are right up my alley. I would like for anyone to chime in on steep duration with NET.com
I got them in 50/50 8mg nic.
Cost $29.00

The Black Note notebook I got in 50/50 6mg nic. They were good right out of the gate. And, the flavor has intensified on the ones Ive gone back to later. There are some I wont be getting again but I could taste the flavor they were going for.
Cost $60.00- so obviously Id like for NET to pan out

I managed to get a bottle of Blacknotes Legato and bought a new Aspire Nautilus Mini to pair it with. This is by far, the best experience I have had with vaping that is close to smoking a cigarette.

Words actually fail me in describing this intense and complex taste I am getting from it, with a little hint of sweetness, nuttiness and fragrant. You only get the scent once it is vaped, but not straight from the bottle.

Excellent vape and yes, it does cost a lot more even over here, but, so are cigars....

Exsqueeze me, not coil killers?;) I vape about a bottle of this in 3 days, and I have to change coils on the end of the second day. It's an expensive hobby, more so than tobacco was, for me. I use an Aspire Triton, with 1.8 ohm coils at 13 watts.

I must say, that after trying over 30 tobacco vapor liquids, I've found nirvana. It's perfection to the t. Even the packaging, labels, bottles, name; everything is in its finest detail. It's the kind that you come across in different forms through life; people who nailed it.

All the stuff I've tried, from oksmokey to house of liquids el toro, tasted artificial to a degree that if I wouldn't have found this Black Note stuff, I would've been in a world of pain.

I cannot say enough good things about this, but I'm new to vaping and I haven't been around here long.

I started vaping on the 14th of july, the day we drew' over pluto and I quit smoking that same day.

I've been smoking up to 40 hand rolled cigarettes a day for the last 20-25 years. I was smoking Manitou Virginia Gold, which is a non-additives viginia blend.

Coming from this background and generally not liking anything of that crappy candy colored sweetness that's everywhere in the vaping community, I can say that this is the end of the road.

I love the smell of tobacco in the morning and I can say, if you're a fellow connoisseur looking for something, this one's right up your alley.

Also, if you're a Triton guy, or have big vaping equipment, get a lower nicotine bottle, like 0.3, cause if you get too much nicotine, it kills the taste and 0.3 is enough nicotine if you got a big tank and blow clouds like Hiroshima.

That sounds a lot like me - been rolling Virginia (albeit only for the past 4 years - prefabs prior that), stopped smoking / started vaping 3 weeks ago (14th Oct, half past two GMT sharp-ish). One of the first names i came upon in google search that day was Black Note - the only problem is i can't seem to find a european distributor of them? (I know they ship worldwide, just a tad concerned about customs tax, the exchequer here is quite mercurial..)

Anyhow, i found your post most reassuring, i think i will save up for an order at last.

Just one question, if you can help / are still around - i use a most basic setup of single-coil (1.8) glass tank (re-wicking it with org. cotton every 2-3 days), on a simple ego battery. (I have 2 dual-coil (OC, 1.5) protank minis on VV batteries too - got those mostly out of curiosity / noob zeal, but i find myself reaching for the basic kit all the time. I prefer a cool / tepid vape, not too big vapour but 'full-depth' with a good precise definition or how to describe - not sure if it make any sense? Bit like tinkering about with Photoshop controls, to get all the tastes right. I find the dual coils a tad too warm for my liking.) Do you think it would work on lower temps, or would be just a waste of money?

I don't like the sweets / fruit liquids either, although i love all (real) fruits and sweets - that's perhaps the reason why, ha. Sometimes i sip a bit on a coffee/chocolate mix though (that's what i use the protank for). My current favourite is a cheapo "natural" tobacco which isn't much "tobacco"-tobacco but more of a warm pine-kernel / moss / cedar-bark thing, very nice. Sort of 'woodland undergrowth in late september". Second favourite is an Earl Grey-alike on a peppery light tobacco bed, i mixed that up from 3 juices, quite convincing. I wish someone made a Lapsang and a plain ol' Darjeeling... but sorry for the rambling!

I am tooting Blacknote Prelude as I type this via a Kabuki with BVC 1.6 coil - I bought a bunch of these bottles and now have all the varieties except for the menthol one.

I just love them all. Cadenza is probably my favourite (today) - I received my second order so for me to spend this kind coin and have them delivered twice to me in Australia probably gives you an idea of how highly I regard these juices.

I need to try another tobacco flavors, i just received my Prelude and honestly, it taste like ..... Not sure if it's suppose to taste like this or not. Also, im new at vapping. I just wanted some cig taste and i thought that was a good idea.

I found it a bit meh, when I first tried it direct from the analogues.

Prelude has more of a natural sweet Virginia flavour similar to a pipe tobacco Va in my opinion . It is quite subtle and takes a few goes to get it - for me anyway. Bravura might be better for you - and I also found 50/50 Prelude and Bravura is outstanding. I also found it much better after a week. I have tried a heap of Tobacco flavours before and since the Black Not offerings and nothing I have tried yet is better.

I am tooting a tank of Halo Tribeca right now, which is highly rated, and it is okay, but I'm actually looking forward to the tank being empty and going back to the Black Note. Halo Longhorn is another that is highly regarded and has a bit of a cigar taste with a bit more throat hit. I find them both okay but a little perfumery for my tastes YMMV.

Hopefully others can help more but taste is very subjective - Prelude may not be the best choice for this transition time, but might be worth revisiting next week.

Oh, and with the Black Notes I am vaping them through a Kabuki with Nauti BVC coils at 9.2 Watts - I found I have better taste with the Black Note offering through this system rather than on my rebuildables - again your milage may vary :) I have cranked it up to 13-14 watts which is okay but after advice from the tank manufacturer I lowered the power and found my sweet spot

I really don't feel like droping more juice on the tank and trying it again. The taste was really weird. For some reason i found it a little spicy! Yeah, spicy. That's my taste. I might try another brands, cheap one and see if i like them and maybe buy another flavor of black note. I just received Death by Chocolate by Virgin Vapor... I'm still tasting that Prelude taste and it's making me angry because it's muting this new one. Hope this goes away.
I'm using Aspire Atlantis with those two and Kanger SubTank Nano(love it!) with Milk Honey and few others which im loving. I might buy MilkMan by One hit wonder or the other one that's a little milk box.

Prelude does have an unusual taste component. I went through my note book samples, reordered 30ml of prelude, legato & bravura. Couldn't stop vaping the bravura and legato, the prelude I have half finished and struggling to Vape the rest...there's an odd mote I there for sure. With a few drinks, the mentioned note does diminish, but contrary to the many review that suggest Prelude is the lightest in the range, I perhaps find it th strongest due to the odd note in there.

If you try Black Note again, give adagio, Legato or Bravura a whirl, they are supreme juices, subtle yet complex. They really grow on you, much tastes artificial in comparison.

Black Friday is exactly what I thought about and I ordered the Notebook today. If I like them as much as the other reviewers here did, I might load up on Turkey Day. Hope they have a decent sale, although my research makes me a little skeptical.

Just received my Notebook, started with Legato and... HOLY CRAP. This thing is insanely good. Many people before said that it's the closest that it comes to smoking a cig, and they were not exaggerating. It has an awesome taste, abundant TH and vapor, and it's overall fantastic. WOW.

P.S. - I've tried other NET's, so it's not about that... Don't tell me HHV is just as good, cause it's not. BN is just a very good, outstanding juice, and it's not only about packaging and presentation either, although these are the best that I've seen to date, too.

As far as what I've tasted before, on my juice shelf I have Slim's to 5P and everything in between, so I would say I've tried quite a few mixers. I will try to go through the Notebook this week, see what I like, and if BN has decent BF sales, I will definitely load up.

Legato sounds right up my alley. I must try these! Do report back on the others as well - I don't want to waste $ on the notebook if a few really stand out.
