I ordered my kayfun 3.1 Clone and 4x Sony 30 amp batteries from them this this past Black Friday / Cyber Monday. Shipping was pretty quick at just 5 days. The delay was on USPS's end since they were bombarded with orders. That and they are shipping from Hawaii, so to get over here in Tennessee, I expect it to take a few days.

Overall, very happy with them. Would definitely order from them again if I happen to need something they carry.

Thanks thats just what i wanted to hear, Going to go ahead and order me a VTR they about the cheapest i could find besides 101vape but they are sold out

No problem. Despite the holidays, they processed my order the same day, so they seem to be on top of things. I've used 101Vape as well and they too are pretty good, but they did take quite a bit longer to process and ship than eCigitty did (2 days I believe), but they could process more orders/day.

So far, the VTC4's are working very well. They do take a long time to fully charge to 4.2v on the initial charge, so keep that in mind, but follow-up charges are pretty quick depending on how much you drain them.

Just ordered an MVP 2.0 for $39.99 and Tobeco Kraken Clone for $29.99 from them yesterday (Sunday). Couple other sites had that MVP deal but were out of stock so figured I'd give them a try. Had 10% off coupon on top of that! They marked it as shipped already 2am this morning. Will see how fast in get it and if product is legit.

Where do i start....So far worst online distributor I have dealt with. No contact number to reach anyone!?!?!? and somehow that makes customer service great!?!?!?! so I don't know how these other reviews are saying "great customer" service because so far I have seen none. Now the real problem started after trying to finalize order and receiving error so tried it again and still error with finalizing payment called bank and was approved on the banks end but just waiting on their end to finalize. Now the money is tied up with them because the bank cannot call Eciggity since no number ahem.... to unravel the deal. Because the bank needs merchant authorization to remove the sale and cannot remove the sale until the pending process posts. but cant get a hold of anyone to fix this also I have sent 2 emails so far and still no reply. Nothing like giving the customer a giant F U!!!!! also scamaudit rated them as suspicious being their servers are in Texas the owner lives in Australia and warehouse in Honolulu Hawaii. length of website age and domain renewal term as well affected this score of a 62% I would not be so upset if they would at least respond to the emails its with in the 5 day work week and its been 2 days!!! going on 3 I was nice and friendly on the emails but now im fing ....... never again I will also make sure my vape friends avoid Eciggity as well. Eciggity has been crowned number 1 for the worst online business I have every done business with. places like this I wonder how they stay open.

Wow, that's quite an impressive first post. Most people say Hi...

I have ordered from them 3 times and would not hesitate to do so again. My orders took less than 4 days to be received.

Ordered a Big Buddha from them last week. Came with a broken glass tank. I know it's not their fault on the tank, but I sent them an email using their email address on the website a few days ago, and so far no response...

Just sent them a message just now using their contact us form. We'll see if we get any luck that way...

Just sent them a message just now using their contact us form. We'll see if we get any luck that way...

As an update, they responded to the 'contact us' form I submitted from their website. They said the email address they had listed was an old one, and gave me their new email address. They then shipped me a replacement glass tank via First Class USPS for free. I'll order from them again

Just placed my first order with eciggity today. Couldn't beat those prices and free shipping at 50 dollars, not to mention a persistent 10% off code. (like so many vendors now a days). I quite literally panicked when i checked my email today, got my tracking code and saw it was coming from hawaii. Luckily many of you have had 5 day or less shipping and that eased my ruffled feathers a bit. What im curious about is how many of you have used their free shipping option (with orders over 50) and how long did THAT take.

Would you be so kind as to share that email, because I've been trying to reach them with no luck, for several days.
 
I ordered a sigelei 100w plus on Black Friday and eciggity charged me for 5 of them. 2 days later I'm still waiting for them to refund the $310 they took from me. I would never purchase from this vendor ever again.

Correction: This happened to you because of an issue with the processor and while yes it happened when you placed an order from eciggity this could've also happened to you at a number of other vape retailers or retailers in general. I don't think you understand the fact that Eciggity does outsource your payment to a larger processor, the error happened with that processor. Considering the vast majority of these over charges happened on a holiday weekend makes it harder for eciggity to get you refunded over the weekend, if you had changed your mind and cancelled and order you'd be in the same boat. Most of these refunds take 2-5 business days. Saturday and Sunday do not count. I've seen you post this on three different sites already, it's not going to make the situation any better and only keep frustrating you by reminding you of it. I have experienced this as a consumer and then I opened a software business online a few years ago and was on the other end of it. It sucks for all involved, just take a deep breath they will return your money.
