Where do i start....So far worst online distributor I have dealt with. No contact number to reach anyone!?!?!? and somehow that makes customer service great!?!?!?! so I don't know how these other reviews are saying "great customer" service because so far I have seen none. Now the real problem started after trying to finalize order and receiving error so tried it again and still error with finalizing payment called bank and was approved on the banks end but just waiting on their end to finalize. Now the money is tied up with them because the bank cannot call Eciggity since no number ahem.... to unravel the deal. Because the bank needs merchant authorization to remove the sale and cannot remove the sale until the pending process posts. but cant get a hold of anyone to fix this also I have sent 2 emails so far and still no reply. Nothing like giving the customer a giant F U!!!!! also scamaudit rated them as suspicious being their servers are in Texas the owner lives in Australia and warehouse in Honolulu Hawaii. length of website age and domain renewal term as well affected this score of a 62% I would not be so upset if they would at least respond to the emails its with in the 5 day work week and its been 2 days!!! going on 3 I was nice and friendly on the emails but now im fing ....... never again I will also make sure my vape friends avoid Eciggity as well. Eciggity has been crowned number 1 for the worst online business I have every done business with. places like this I wonder how they stay open.
Ordered a Big Buddha from them last week. Came with a broken glass tank. I know it's not their fault on the tank, but I sent them an email using their email address on the website a few days ago, and so far no response...

They said the email address they had listed was an old one, and gave me their new email address. They then shipped me a replacement glass tank via First Class USPS for free. I'll order from them again
I ordered a sigelei 100w plus on Black Friday and eciggity charged me for 5 of them. 2 days later I'm still waiting for them to refund the $310 they took from me. I would never purchase from this vendor ever again.
