Has anyone ever seen a juice labeled with "in case of" procedures?

Really just curious if anyone had info like that at hand. I'm not adverse to knowing what to do in any of those situations.

Anyways, you could always call the poison control center, which Google lists as:

For a poison emergency in the U.S. call 1-800-222-1222
American Association of Poison Control Centers

You might also look up your local center.

Can't find the link offhand, but I do recall a recent BP nicotine inhaler that carried pretty much the same ingredients as e-juice and a few other who-knows/god-knows-whats in it, had a label

"Not recommended for children under 12"

Yes, you read that right....I guess they're accommodating the hordes of hunched over coughing wheezing 2 PAD kids between 13 and 18.

The warning label is a side-effect of litigation. Companies can lower the cost of lawsuits if their product has a label specifically advising against misuse that would result in injury. So companies that know they're likely to be sued (lawnmowers) will have labels...and companies that get sued start labeling...and companies that have lawyers advising them to label start labeling...and soon, you end up with this:
(I only made up the last one)

I got some 100mg from Nude Nicotine today. Not only did it have stickers, but also a sheet, and they included some safety glasses and nitrile gloves. (that was a nice touch).

I think they want you to treat this stuff with some respect! (I would hope that nobody would be ordering 100MG without know how to handle things correctly.. on the other hand, I all I had to show them was a visa, not any type of certificate)

But my newborn needs his ...... damnit! Poor little guy can't...You know what, I'm just gonna end that thought there. That's getting creepy, even for me if I finish that sentence. And trust me, you don't want to know the rest of that sentence. No pedo, just freakin wrong!

And how am I gonna use the chainsaw as a hammer if I don't hold the spikey end?

Now for the serious(er) part of the comment:

Call tech support.

Statement 1: Is your device plugged in?
Shouldn't have to ask this...
Statement 2: Is your device turned on?
Shouldn't have to ask this either...

Enough said. People are idiots because for tech support to go through that one, someone had to give them a reason. You think I'm kidding? I worked tech support for about 6 months and you wouldn't believe how many people went "OMG! It's NOT plugged in!"

..........

Edit: I now have a whole new love for EPM. That label is awesome!

...... started life as a treatment for angina and high blood pressure, it is still used as that, but it is mainly marketed for it's side effects :)

warning labels are good. of course we already know anything that would ever be put on a warning label, but the labels arent for us. theyre for everyone else. its a big reason why e-liquid shipments get seized. get those warnings on there. also, might as well warn folks not to put their fingers in the blender. "but it sounds so freindly and choppy, i just want to pet it" i know, i know. but dont. its hurty.

I remove most of the labels when I get a new piece of equipment. I am in agriculture and you would be amazed at the type and amount of these stickers they put all over tractors, balers and other equipment. Just makes you wonder what kind of lawsuit caused the various warning stickers.

kinda like the "no diving" posters around hot tubs. what kind of drunk ..... actually dove into a hot tub???

ok, it was me. caught me red handed.

plus they did you the favor or putting your dangerous nicotine in a bottle that cant stand up on its own. brilliant!

Actually, mine can... it was 500ML, nice big brown normal bottle... I saw that one that was shipped in a centrifuge bottle. If you were using it in a rack, it would make sense. but on it's own? Nope.

agreed. if they were to send you a rack, it would be a different story. kinda like selling a cheeseburger with no bun. at the drive-thru. :slap, eat this: LOL

Having just worked with my menthol concentrate some more (added more menthol to it) I'm inclined to think the menthol should have a higher warning than the nic! Those crystal pack a wollop on your skin. Not hurting, just feels very cold, on the other hand, my hands feel great (have a touch of Arthritis). Thinking about this it doesn't come as a big surprise because of things like ben-gay and such that do same thing, only on a much calmer scale. I think next time I'll use gloves when handling the menthol! :)

Yeah Mike, menthol is definitely strong!

FWIW all, here are the procedures on the label of Wizard Labs nic (this isn't where I was looking for such a label, but good to share anyways I think):

May be harmful or fatal if swallowed, absorbed by skin, or inhaled. Keep out of the reach of children. If accidentally ingested give milk or water and induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately and show this label. If skin contact occurs, wash affected area immediately with soap and water and seek medical attention. If eye contact occurs rinse eyes with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Poison Control hotline: 1-800-222-1222.... and a link to more information on their site.
