I entered 2 local smoke shops on Highway 280 in Birmingham. Sure would be nice to buy blank cartos locally. Thanks for the heads up!

Didn't know about this, I sent the vendor to you instead. Vapor Bank in Evansville, In. Glad to see he's got all your flavors (except Longhorn). He's only got 3-4 in 30ml sizes so far but said he's getting more in soon. It'll be nice to be able to stop by on the way home from work to restock on my favorite Halo juices.
I think filling out survey and mentioning Halo to the vendors is the best combo.
