Love them both. The Protank 2 is an awesome improvement over the original. A much less airy draw, great flavor, and tons of vapor at only 6 watts. The eVic is surprisingly light weight but still seems sturdy enough. Love the screen, and so far it seems like a really great device. The combination of the two is giving me the best vaping experience I've had so far.

i have the same set-up and i was waiting for about a week until i spoke on it again but i will say that the protank2 has grown on me. i think it has the best of both worlds. by that i mean the draw is less airy than the original but not quite as intense as the tighter draw on the iclear30 i will continue to swap but for now i am quite pleased with both purchases. and for anyone that has a similar setup please let me know if you find a better alternative i would like to try it out!!!

Congrats on the new suff! I'm about to buy an Evic myself.

as far as evic goes i think you chose a good one. been loving this for around a month and all my friends have their starter kits and when they get to work they all wanna play with my evic. it's kinda kool that they see a good purchase and they compliment you by always wanting a few vapes from your equipment. congrats and enjoy!

I have been using my eVic since March and a ProTank 1 for a couple of months. I have never been much of a tank person, as I drip almost all the time. I liked the idea of the ProTank for going places though. I have been very satisfied with this setup, although it does feel like I'm carrying around a Mag Light. I'm definitely going to get a ProTank 2 soon based on my experience and what I'm hearing.

My eVic has operated flawlessly and the 1.3 update made a world of difference. I can't wait to see the 2.0 upgrade JoyeTech is promising!

Great setup, you'll love it!

Welcome to the club. LOL.. I got my EGO Evic 2600mAh on Saturday and love it. Put it on charge let it charged to a full 100% and began using it. Here it is Monday and I still have 64% on the battery. Using a Kanger EVOD with 1.8ohm Atomizers, Evic set at 7.0 watts and using 50/50 24mg juice. I am a happy man... WOOOOHOOOO... Be mindful though. If you don't touch it for like 30 mins or so it will go to sleep. Its a battery saving feature. I like it actually. If it goes to sleep just click your button 5 times and it will wake up.

Play around with your settings. That can be adjusted. I keep mine set at about 1.5 hours so it will go to sleep if I do. Otherwise, it is never a problem. It does plenty of other neat stuff too. I never hear anyone talking about the "automatic" setting. It's kind of nice sometimes. Watch the seconds counter to see how long your average drags are, then set the auto to that number. You just have to hit the button once and let go, and it will give you a metered drag for the amount of time you set it for. Not the most useful thing for many, but a thoughtful feature nonetheless.
