Goodejuice Kamikaze!

DISCLAIMER: The following review is my unbiased opinion. Nick over at Goodejuice sent me this sample free of charge for review purposes. I’ve posted lots of other reviews on juice I purchased myself and would never skew my actual opinion to make a vendor look good or mislead other vapers.

I vaped this on an eGo in a fresh LR Carto 18mg 70/30 PG/vg

Ok now that that’s outta the way let’s get to the good stuff! The juice in question is Kamikaze. It’s a tobacco flavor; the description on the site says it’s a blend of 3 tobaccos with a maple undertone. It also says that even those who dislike tobacco flavors could enjoy this. Well folks, that’d be me. I’ve tried around 6 or 7 tobacco flavors with horrid results… YUCK! But this one I rather liked! The first thing I noticed is the th. WHOA buddy. I wouldn’t say it’s harsh, but you can REALLY feel this in your lungs.. This would be an awesome juice to curb cravings for someone who’s just quit analogs! Flavor wise I can definitely taste the maple.. You’re gonna have to like maple to enjoy this juice. It’s a sweet tobacco flavor as opposed to a cigarette type flavor. NO ashy icky ciggy taste to this whatsoever. The maple blends very nicely with the tobacco, I get more tobacco on the exhale and the inhale is more of the maple. I’ve been vaping this all day to get a good feel on it, and it could definitely be an all day vape. Even though it’s sweet, it’s not overbearing, and I haven’t gotten tired of it yet, and I’m big on variety... I switch flavors out at least 5 times a day lol. I don’t know that I would order this just because I’m more into menthol and fruit flavors but I’m very excited to put my first order in with Goodejuice. If Kamikaze is any indication of the quality of their other juices I may end up a regular customer. I wanna thank Nick for giving me the opportunity to try this out! If you’ve been looking for a nice tobacco flavor this is one to check out!

I also received a sample of kamikaze juice for review (thanks Nick!)...it's taken me a couple of days to get a handle on how to describe the flavor. First of all, it's definitely quality juice. I'm a newbie, and I've only had premixed juices from four vendors (I've only been at this for three weeks), but this is honestly my favorite so far that isn't a mint/menthol. The flavor finally struck me today--bourbon! Sweeter and milder, but bourbon is what it tastes like to me, with something undefinable thrown in (slightly fruity, maybe? I just can't put my finger on it), and some tobacco undertones. I used to be a big bourbon drinker back before my gallbladder betrayed me, so I feel pretty at home with this juice. It's not something I would vape all the time, as I seem to be primarily a menthol/mint person, but I find myself loading up with kamikaze probably a quarter of the time. It also mixes well with the DIY menthol/spearmint juice I'm currently using, so dripping one after the other is pretty nice.

It produces great vapor, which surprised me a little, because the other juices I've got in the same percentage mix don't produce as much. But I'm getting big clouds and it also seems to last a little longer between reloads than some of my other juices. I'm not a good judge of throat hit for juices that aren't menthol, so I can't really say with any fairness how strong it is. But I do know I like it pretty well!

I can honestly say one thing, though--I would definitely try more of Nick's juices. This is quality stuff.

I too received a free sample from Nick at goodejuice. I was pleasantly surprised by this juice. I have strayed from the tobacco flavors because I have not found one that wasn't really harsh. I am vaping this on a GoGo. It is 24mg and a 70/30 pg vg mix. I can tell you already that I will have to order more of this when I get back from vacation. This has a smooth taste of bourbon mixed with the hint of tobacco undertone. I love the flavor. It has the sensation of heat on my tongue as I inhale which I have become addicted to . The throat hit is a 10 out of 10 for me. I definitely know that I am vaping. The vapor itself is also a 10 out of 10 for me. It puts out clouds of vapor which is something that I have to have in my juice. Vapor and throat hit are the two things that are important for me to simulate the act of smoking analogs and the flavor is what keeps my interested. This juice satisfies my on all points and it falls into the category of my buttery rum and belgin waffle which are my all day vapes. Thanks Nick for helping me to find another great flavor.

I don't vape anything but tobacco flavors and I was rather looking forward to giving a new flavor a shot. Juice has a nice aroma just opening the bottle. I became very skeptical when I smelled it because in my experience that usually means a perfume type taste. No perfume...first vape brought to mind a Werthers candy..seriously. I loved the taste and immediately went to the front porch rocker for a nice after dinner smoke. Vapor production is fairly good for a mostly PG juice and the flavor texture is somewhat complex the more you continue to vape. The juice has what I call a very moist flavor to it and after vaping for most of the day, I'm finding a bit of a smokey flavor.
To be quite frank, it's not my kind of juice. I tend to lean more toward very dry tasting juices especially for all day vapes. This is not to knock the quality of this juice. IMO it is a top shelf product and a very good tasting juice. I really enjoyed this juice as a change of pace and it was especially good right after dinner. I will order from this company and try several of their tobacco flavors. This one wasn't "it" for me but it was a very good juice.

Using vv mod with at 4.6 volts
Dual Coil Clear Mega XL Cartomizer 1.6ohm

When I first opened the bottle I smell a fresh pach of cigarettes. I loaded the carto and adjusted my voltage quite a few times to ultimately end up at 4.6. Seemed to give a nice smooth warm vapor with this juice. My initial impression was licorice. And that's the taste I always seem to come back to. I saw in the above posts that this was supposed to have a maple undertone. And as much as I try I don't taste it. That was not until I dropped the voltage down to3.9 volts and I did start tasting the maple. I'm also on the fence about what Southern Gent said as I lean this more towards a drier vape. There seems to be a light tone of a spice I can't figure out. I will say up front I don't like licorice and unless steeping will help, I doubt I could use this everyday. I also think there is a slight smokey essence in the background.

I also have to say that this a very finely crafted juice. I really enjoy the tobacco part of this juice but I will have to let this set for a while to see how the undertones meld and change. Vapor production is very good. It also has great consistency in my carto and hope it doesn't start clogging the carto. But after vaping 5 hours now, my carto is still hitting as brand new.

If I had to make a choice of buying this again right now, I wouldn't. That's not to say I'm not going to try more of Nicks Juices. It really is a great quality, just not quite the flavor for me. But Good Luck to Nick and the future of this juice. I will let mine set for about a week and notify everyone about my findings. Thanks to all the other reviews. My tastebuds are probably laughing at me right now because I have a hard time explaining flavors sometimes.

My hat's off to Nick for the chance to test. I know I didn't do the juice the justice it likely deserves But I said I'd be honest.

24mg 70/30vg Silver Bullet 2ohm Ikenvape Atty.
This is a very smooth vape, no ashtray after taste but at first i couldn't put my finger on what the flavor was. It was almost carmel but not really. As the others have said it is a mellow Maple flavor . I really enjoy this flavor is small doses, however i should mention that i get sick of Maple in any form really quick. I had been vaping this for about 45 min and really enjoying it then stopped to have diner after dinner the throat hit almost nocked me over, but i get that from a lot of juices where out of nowhere i will get a killer throat hit.

Throat hit is very good. 7/10
Flavor is good 6/10 but for me in small amounts, I could not vape this all day but thats is not the juices fault.
vapor is really good. 8/10

I will give goodjuice a shot next time i need to order. although i currently have about 12 ounces to work through.

I wanted to come back and say that I vaped this juice while sitting on the beach everyday for 10 days and then came back and ordered a bigger bottle of it. I also tried his sugar cookie. The sugar cookie needed to be a stronger flavor but I do love the Kamaze juice. Am still surprised by it because I don't care for tobacco flavors.
