Yes. I smoked Newports for 10 years and I LOVE Kool Menthol by Madtown Vapor ( madtownvap.com ). It is reminiscent of tobacco with a nice cool menthol and sweet undertones. Plus, if you buy a 30 ml bottle for $8.99, which is CHEAP, you can get a free 15 ml bottle of eliquid. I would go with that because you can customize the eliquid to your liking. I would pick a 50/50 pg/vg blend in around 18mg of nicotine if you're new. Maybe 24 mg if you want a lot of nicotine.

While making your own is a good suggestion, I wouldn't recommend it if you aren't an experienced vaper. DIY ejuice is a lot cheaper than buying it premade, but premade is still cheaper than cigarettes (especially when you can get 45ml for $9 from Madtown). If you're new to vaping and ejuice in general it would be a good idea to shop around with different premade ejuices so you can figure out exactly what you do like, making it easier to make a DIY ejuice that you really love. The whole experience of tasting ejuice is unique to vaping and if you don't have experience with it, you will likely be attempting to replicate cigarette flavors when you DIY, not making delicious unique flavors. Whatever you choose you are bound to like it, though! Have fun.

Thanks everyone, I am still kind of new to vaping and don't intend on DIYing liquid....yet. I favor a 50/50 mix which makes sense since I want close to an analog but fortunately don't want an analog just a good flavor. More suggestions are welcomed there are so many vendors and sites out there I haven't even scratched the surface in trying them.

Just a word of caution, being an ex menthol smoker, some stick with the menthol (and tobacco) flavors, some like myself HATED it, a couple weeks later.

So go no more than 15ml bottles just in case and I LOVED that menthol tobacco e juice but it became increasingly nasty tasting (and I liked other flavors better, after two weeks).

I have also smoked menthol, in this case Gauloises menthol, which are similar to Kool. I have tested several mints and triple mints, peppermint, menthol and today I buy the basic and I take aroma from Valeo Laboratories and mix my own one. My first mix of 3% was not tasty enough, my 5% is a bit too tasty, so I guess the 4% will be ideal.

Seriously, you cannot go wrong with Kool Menthol from Madtown. Like GinnyTx said, you are likely to move away from menthol vapes after a short time,,,I certainly did, I can't stand most menthols now,,,but I still love Madtown's. The only menthol flavor I can stand to vape,,,,but I actually really enjoy it, not tolerate it. *takes a puff of Kool Menthol* highly reccomend. you won't regret it.

Absolutely, and totally typical. I don't know a single former smoker that didn't try tobacco and/or menthol to start with, probably on the theory that it would feel just like smoking. It hardly ever works out that way.

Yeah, most of us get into vaping because we think, "I can have virtually the same lifestyle as before without all the increased cancer risks of cigarettes? Sign me up!" We think vaping is going to be just like cigarettes so we bought cigalikes and what not. Turns out it's nothing like smoking. Some people are disappointed, but I love it. It's different and that's the best part. I was beginning to hate smoking, but now I love vaping.
