Glycerin ???

Is "GLYCERIN" the same as "VEGETABLE GLYCERIN" ?


I went to Walmart to get some Vegetable glycerin and the pharmacist said all they carry (and he's ever heard of) was "glycerin". I saw "used in oral pharmaceuticals for sweetening, and preservative properties" and it was only like $3.00 for a 6oz. bottle so I figured oh well if it isn't the right stuff it said also used for soothing and moisturizing properties. So if all else fails I'll have smooth skin, LoL.


The reason I got it was because when I ordered my ejuice I got an extra flavor shot and I'm wondering if that's why it's so nasty ? I know it will lower the nic strength but if it helps I'll just order some flavorless stuff.

yup thats the stuff you want... ( made by Humco) use it to reduce the nic level or dilute the flavor, just mix it in with your juice and give it a good shake...

I got two bottles yesterday while at the W. $3.88 for 177 ml no to bad. and no shipping. It vapes good too, but it's no fun by itself.

Glycerin can be made from vegetable fats as well as animal fats. I think all vaping glycerin is from vegetable and the animal glycerin is a byproduct of bio fuel and used in other ways. I wonder if glycerin made from pig fat would impart that bacon taste?
