Geekvape Zuex X broke glass and it's stuckl

I've not had much luck with my Zeus X. In 8 years of vaping, I broke one glass on a tank. For the Zeus that I had under 2 months and have not used it daily I have already broken two glass tanks. I broke the bubble glass - changed it to the regular straight glass and that has broken as well.

I ordered replacement glass from fasttech.

My issue is that the glass is stuck on the bottom portion of the tank in the tracks. The bulk of the glass has been removed but I have pieces totally stuck in the track. I've used the tips of a ceramic tweezer to try to dig it out without much luck. I got disgusted and put it in a plastic bag for now

Any ideas of what else to try. I do not want to damage it

I cannot tag Zeus --is that a bad word of something?

Bring it to a B & M shop and have them remove it. I did that when I was first starting out and broke the glass in my Kangertech toptank mini and couldn't remove all the glass. They got it out and installed the new glass without charge. They were great!
