I'd be happy to proofread and correct that forum post for you. Here's a cleaned up version with corrections:

I purchased a GeekVape L200 in April, I think. Shortly after I got it, I dropped it from a coffee table onto a rug - a very short fall with a padded landing. I contacted HealthCabin, where I purchased it (that was a process also), and they started emailing back and forth asking for videos of the problem. Each time I complied, there would be another request. Then they wanted a video of me actually putting the batteries in the mod, then removing the batteries and putting them in another device to prove my batteries aren't the problem.
I've been going through the same thing with GeekVape. They ask for something from me, then when I provide it, they need something else. I've been without a working mod since April. GeekVape is just jerking me around. There is no reason for anything to go on this long. I asked for a shipping label and said I'd send it back, but no. It's not their issue, but I'm disabled and rather ill. Both companies should not be in business. GeekVape is a bigger disappointment because they are one of the bigger vaping companies.
I'm done. I do not want any GeekVape product and will not respond to them if they answer this post. I've been going back and forth with JAY from GeekVape After-sales Support. Today it was Luonil. They have spent months trying to humiliate a customer.
