Not going to lie, I'm having a hard time with this Avocado; scratching my head on what I'm doing wrong wicking wise. 70/30 should be no problemo right?
Also, do you have any Ti, Ni or SS?

I find kanthal extremely flat when compared to these other wires.

I find KGD extremely flat compared to Rayon.

Lower resistance wire and Rayon can really make any atty become a flavor beast.

Hello all. I would like to buy the Avocado 24 but i am a Mouth To Lung vaper and intend to remain so. My questions are :

1. Can i do MTL vape with the Avocado 24?
Mabey if the airflow is completley closed ?

I don't mind having big ammount of vapour as long as i get to do MTL and have good flavour.

2.Did the Avocado 24 came with that little Ceramic Block piece (when used for single coil) ? Was it Ceramic or Plastic? I saw in few videos that the "block" was made out of silicon and plastic :(

Any input would be apreciated !

Thank you !

Yes, in theory. I say it this way because I have not tried it personally, nor have I received my Aco 24 yet. Although I have seen many reviews and own an Avo 22. There are various airflow settings available: In dual coil mode you get 2 wide open airflow slots (which can be adjusted to smaller holes) and 2 small diameter airflow holes. You also get a ceramic block which enables you to run a single coil set up, in which case you can opt to have a wide open airflow slot face your single coil, or the small diameter airflow hole. In addition the ceramic block has a small diameter horizontal channel bored through it for people who want dual airflow to hit the single coil.

If you want a good genny style tank, the Avo could do the job; however, you may also want to have a look at the SXK Corolla.

1. Ya you can use it for mtl hits, you can close off the airflow completely. So far for the whole five minutes I've had it seems to be a bit more airflow than a Lemo when you want to do mtl. But it's very smooth regardless, which surprises me, cause mtl seem a bit harsh on a large deck. I'm happy so far.
2. The block is ceramic so no worry about melting.

The only downfall I can see so far will be with the fill port. The door I can see myself breaking. And it fills so slow with 80vg/20 because of the small fill holes. I can see myself just removing the block to fill. So far I happy with the purchase. Only time will tell if it was worth the money. For what it's worth I bought mine off eBay from the seller bg-4glte-store, very quick ship and great price.
Thanks all who lead me down this path.

It's 4ml :-/
Perhaps 5ml when the cotton is dry as a gorilla lost in the Sahara desert when filling.

Can buy it for $24 but I have serious doubts;
-leaking when on the go
-4ml ( I'm used to my aromamizer supreme )
-not the easiest way to fill
-Limitless that is supposed to be a bit better

Sigh... Life is so full of tough choices

Thank you ! After talking with few people, it seems i should go with a RTA that is like...in between MTL and DL. So...was thinking to buy the Kanger Subtank Mini. Hope it will do the job !
Ugghhh. Vaping stock OCC or BVC Chinese wire and wick. We all did it. That's why we don't anymore.

There is zero comparison to building an AVO or any RTA or RDA to the Kanger mini. If you have to take the step no worries. The comparison is like a Pinto to a Bentley.

Very different to any Aromamizer. Completely different experience. This is a warm wet rich vape. Aroma is a much drier cooler vape albeit an excellent vape. Very different.

Well so far using this tank for abt 2weeks my result are
Yes u can mtl when closed off airhole just to 1 hole and abt leaking issues : yes it leaks just a little bit not from the juice well like my theorem which practically cannot be taken out of the house. It leaks because of the left off residue from a lot of vapor. Basically what i mean is after the vapor condenses it changes back to liquid which piles up in the top cap so it will leak a tiny bit from the air hole but personally I dont mind cause just wipe it a little And ur good plus when ur not using it just close off the airhole lol
For this amazing flavor, I would say I dont mind this small issue ~ plus wicking is pretty darn easy to do and looks great too.
Neva regretted buying the 24 which Theorem really did disappoint me lol

I think it's the other way around. The Mizer has a smaller chimney and deck area, hence a much warmer vape.

Edit: Woopsies. I thought this was the Griff thread. My bad. Yes, I think the vape is warmer in the Avo.

Just got mine in the mail today from efun. Have to say I truly do enjoy the flavor and vapor this thing is putting out. Threw in a simple 24gauge kanthal 7-8wraps 3mm IAD 0.5ohm single coil build in there vaping it at 28W on a Hero DNA200 mod.

And theres the little brother with a serpent mini on top.

I liked my black one so much I just got another stainless steel one. I am finding that my flavor from claptons using 316 or kanthal and wicks that just barely fill up the deck holes is the same as my velocity rda. I am trying to find a difference and maybe its in my head but other than more airflow(which I close way down) and the top cap being squared instead of slightly bowled I am not seeing anything that I can say would affect the flavor in a negative way over the Velocity. I am finding that my dna 75 and 200 are giving a slightly better vape than my other cheaper mods given all the same settings. My Rx200 is close, but not quite there.

Preface- I love this tank, it is my goto and normally I am already looking for something new, cool, and innovative. With single SS or kanthal claptons this for me is simply the perfect tank easy in all directions. I am content except for the one issue I have and its tiny.

Now for the one issue I have and I am hoping someone else has seen and solved it. My silver 24 is perfect in every way. Seal tension, air flow tension, juice fill port seals well and the 510 cap works perfectly. In my black 24 I have a heck of time getting the top to fully sit on the base. The gap is driving me crazy. It is about 2-3mm and I cannot do the typical twist and push as over-tightening this atty is really dangerous. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution? I always slick up my orings on each fill and checked to make sure the finish did not extend to the inside of the cap. Sometimes paint adds just enough thickness to mess with o-rings.
