Just a thought for everybody, I always found doing a french inhale with an analog would give me a big head rush, but not so much with vaping. Why do you suppose this is? Some folks think that when you inhale through the nose, nicotine is absorbed into the capillaries of your nasal passage and your lungs, thus compounding the hit. Since the same doesn't happen with vaping, I'm thinking maybe it's not the nic that is absorbed in the nasal passage, but maybe the carbon monoxide and other nasties. Any thoughts?

I believe it doesn't work as well because the vapor has far less concentration of nicotine per hit than cigarette smoke.

I think I've always preferred a French inhale over a direct lung hit, analog or PV, and I've been off analogs for nearly 7 months, thanks to vaping. I think it's because it enhances the taste, but also because it's not so harsh. I doubt it affects the nicotine absorption- I mean, it's all getting inhaled, right? It could be that with a French inhale you get more oxygen, and maybe that contributes to your becoming more lightheaded when you smoke, but not when you vape...I dunno, I'm grasping at straw mods here...all I know is that after 21+ years of smoking, I find vaping a lot more enjoyable.
