Hello and thanks for reading, hopefully you can guide me. I'm new to DIY and have made a few juices using LorAnn and Flavor Apprentice flavours. I've been using the 80/20 rule as that was recommended by the supplier. I'm finding the flavours to be weak. Either I'm measuring something incorrectly or it's my palette. (using e-juice me up as my calculator) Is it a problem to use more than 20% flavour? I don't know if that would cause lung irritation or some other problem. I'd like to get input before I try 30% flavour.

Secondly, are nicotine/PG mixes a suspension or a solution? I've been shaking the bottle first just to be sure, but I'd rather not shake if it's not necessary. The VG dilution base and flavourings appear to be solutions so I haven't been shaking them.

If the flavor tastes good on the first puff then becomes non-existent after that you may be using TOO MUCH flavoring. Make a mix at 5 and a mix at 15% and test them. :)
Goodluck

That's an interesting idea I never would have thought of, thank you.
I've been buying my juice from Ms. T for over a year, and the juice I get from her (usually) has a bold flavour from beginning to end. I'm sure I'll never match the complexity of her recipes, but if what I make can match it in robustness, then I'll be happy.
