Just built my first dual micro coil with 28ga kanthal @0.7ohms on a tri clone. Running it on a vapor shark dna. @ 20watts getting 3.8 volts.
Normally I use a R91 cotton 28ga micro at 1.2 ohms, 4.2 volts. Or trident clone 1.2 ohms cotton and 28ga micro 4.2 volts. On the dna20 I've been quite happy with consistent 4.2 volts. Only recently moved from a mech (ft brass nemi clone)
Flavor is only a little better than my regular setup on the rda. But vapor volume and density seems lacking. Clouds are no bigger nor thicker.
Flavor is on par with my Russian and vapor is a little more present.
Definitely twice as thirsty as my regular setups.
Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I'm not seeing amy huge perks to doing this dual sub micro thing.
Soooooo I wonder what this would dual coil setup would be like at 4.2 volts? Pitty my good 18650 bat is flat....
