I think, in this case, they mean that Dekang is the original manufacturer but the product is intended to be rebranded by vendors.
I've ordered both hardware and liquid from FastTech in late May and my stuff arrived in about 10 days. The order process was smooth and the hardware I got worked well when received and still works well.
I had a huge problem with the Dekang Liquids I ordered. They all tasted horrible, unbearable actually. The DK TAB was so bad that even to this moment I shudder at the thought of vaping it. It's hard to describe but when I vaped it, it tasted like the stuff the Dentist put in your mouth. Can anyone relate? I've left it alone for a couple of weeks and even though it's probably well steeped now, I still am traumatized to put it in my tanks. I wonder why so many people have good things to say about Dekang liquids ordered from FastTech, when my experience was just pure YUCH.
******* EDIT: after 4 weeks or so of leaving the bottles of liquid alone, I finally had the guts to take out the bottle of DKTAB and actually vape it. It has completely transformed into a very vapable, in fact I will even say "pretty good" liquid. This liquid now is completely unrecognizable and doesn't even remotely taste close to what arrived here several weeks ago... I'm so glad it worked out this way, and probably won't hesitate to order liquids from FastTech again now that I know better.

I have only tried Dekang Blueberry, but like it very much. Light and fruity, it is a really nice ADV. I want to try Liqua and other Dekang flavours at some point in the near future.

Red Bull. - just taste like de drink. Very good i love them, seems muted in my protank but dripping is just awesome.
Vainilla- just dont have taste.. But maybe is just me because i have try vanilla from others vendors but i can get any flavor from any vanilla juice.. My wife told me that smell very good to vanilla she have good nose,
Apple, i was expecting more like a apple candy and turn to be a very real fruit flavor. Also very good. And in this one vape very good on the protank.
No i ordered from those new hagnsen that just arrival. Peach juice, Fruit Mix and lemon. Lets see how the hangsen will do.. So far the Dekang are here to stay for me

I just got my 1st order from fasttech today, 8 bottles of liquid. I thought I would take a chance and try them with such low prices.
I got a couple from Dekang, Liqua, and V2. Haven't had a chance to try them all yet, because it was vape-mas for me with 3 different packages arriving. 4 bottles from Fuzion vapor, which I had really been waiting for.
Does anyone know anything about the V2 brand on fasttech? I have been googling this for every and cannot find info on this brand.
I did taste the Vanilla Cake 6mg flavor I got today from V2, it is not bad could use more flavor, love the glass bottles and glass dropper they come in though especially for 3bucks.
Liqua Berry Mix, very light flavor, tons of vapor, I got this one 0mg for my wife though as she likes to puff now and again and does not want nic.
will post after trying the other 6 bottles,

I ordered from FT 3 bottles of Dekang "Marlboro", 50 ml, 24 nicotine. Holy crap! Taste is so awful that I can't compare it to anything I've had before. Let me clarify this: They sell the same "Dekang" in 2 versions, the one I got is like $5.12 for 50ml, the other one is over $8.00 for 50 ml aswell. I Won't repeat same mistake for sure, however ordering the most expensive one doesn't make much sense since it can be bought in USA for about 3 dollars more. I Steeped them for a month and they are even worse even worse now, so for my next order I bought Red marlboro hangsen, under $5 for 30 ml. (Be careful here, they sell another version of hangsen for $3.50 or something, maybe it is good but after my Dekang Experience...no way. Hangsen Marlboro red is a pleasant liquid with a great TH. Does it taste like Marlboro? NO, but at least it is not a disgusting concoction like the cheap Dekang Marlboro.
