Anyone here use the ego booster on their epipes? I have one and having issues with it. Anyone have issues with it on their epipes?

I had one and it worked well for about three weeks until it died. Don't know why it dies but Matt says the Booster does not have reverse polarity protection so that is one way to burn it out. Also if it's too tight you may be creating a hard short which would cause it to fail. You can return it for a replacement under warranty like I did. Waiting for the replacement now.

I may be going ahead with a trade for a V1 epipemod. Other then the button and how the battery is installed is there anything else I sould know about the V1's. Are they as nice and work as well as the V2's? I really like the appearance of the pipe I am being offered.
Thanks!

I believe besides the button, the V2 has a safety fuse. I might be wrong.

Here's a vid from epipemods

First look at the Version 2 Pipes from ePipeMods - YouTube

There is nothing you need to know except maybe order some extra buttons when you can. The button is basically the fuse so if you every feel it getting hot you have a short. It has a collapsible spring attached to the button. So if that goes you cant use it again until you get a new button. Dont tell anyone but I kinda like the V1 button best. It works perfectly every time and smooth as butter. I would not be trading any V1's myself.

Clearomizers (preferably rebuildable) that work with pipe stems with or without Universal?

Hi Folks -

The Phoenix RBA leaks like mad for me, and thus definitely isn't pocketable. Does anyone else actually pocket this?
I changed to an ego cartomizer tank and went out and about the streets of New York with no leaking issues. However,
it definitely changes the flavor in a way I'm not fond of.

What clearomizer would you recommend, that doesn't leak, and lets you use whatever stem setup you want, not forcing you to use the
one that comes with it? Rebuildable preferable but not necessary.

Thanks!

Hey Matt, I have been watching for that brown Dragon, did I miss it somehow or is it still coming?

This Holiday Season, the gate to middle earth will be opened once more.
Many things will happen, and the Dragon will be awakened.

The new Dragon will carry an 18500 battery. It's about half the size of the earlier incarnations.
Instead of being a bottom feeder, it will be balanced to stand with most any tank and stem set up.

I use the Vision Eternity with my pipes. It doesn't leak and will hold almost 1 ml of juice in it's drip chamber. Very Good flavor and vapes awesome with Matt's pipes. It's the best setup I have had. Rebuilding the coil and installing a new one took me about a minute. So easy. I just ordered another one for my new pipe.

I use The Spheroid. No leaking and the flavor is great. I think it fit's a pipe nicely too.

Surprised your Phoenix leaks that badly. Mine only ever leaks when I over drip.
And I pocket my mod all the time.

We will have a new pipe style clearomizer on the site this week though.
As well as a new RBA that is pretty cool. It has 3 termination posts for dual and single coil set ups.
It can be set up for eGo tanks as well.
Probably the coolest feature is that you can vape eliquid or real tobacco with it, depending on how you set it up.
