Normally I don't post reviews on vendors unless I feel that they went above and beyond for me as a customer. So I feel that I should post my experience with ElectronicStix.com.
I just recently started vaping, and my first order for the PV and the essentials were purchased through them. Mostly because they had it in stock at reasonable prices. The following is what my order consisted of:
Order was processed and shipped extremely quick, was packaged well and received in a few days. The products were as described, and everything in working order.
About a week or so ago, I noticed that the ProTank was defective. The pyrex glass was giving a bit of a give on the base. It appeared that the epoxy used to hold the pieces together was coming off. The wiggle it gave caused a pressure change, and thus causing it to leak. Notified ElectronicStix via their online ticketing system, and was promptly responded to. After a few back and forths, it was established that it is indeed defective.
Earlier today I received a package with a brand new ProTank! Not just the tank itself, but the whole sealed set. I am totally satisfied with them as a company, and find it reassuring that they handled this case seamlessly. Normally I would have to go through the process of filling out an RMA, sending the product, then waiting for the replacement to arrive. But that wasn't the case with electronicstix.com.
Just wanted to get this across. I'm sure there are a lot of great vendors, but if you're planning on purchasing from electronicstix.com - you should rest assured that everything will be handled with the utmost importance.
