hi i'm a new member limited to new member section postings...

emailed the following to 'info-at-ismoka-dot-com':

"I recently purchased 2 istick batteries one blue and one red. just this
weekend i started noticing odd behavior with the blue istick.. with the
battery full, after pressing the square button for ~3.0 secs, the
display reads "power low".. if I release/and press the square button
multiple times, the display then reads "Lock".

Also very odd-after pressing the square button for a length of time then
releasing, the power symbol shows a low battery, then it gradually goes
higher.. i checked to see if the red iStick does this and it does not...

is this battery defective? if so, I would like to get it replaced as
soon as possible.

please advise, thank you!"

has anyone else experience this issue or are familiar with this issue? especially the power indicator reading very low from a full charger after a hit then it gradually increasing the indicator displayed.

Thanks!

I have both the istick 20w and 30w. Here some tips on use:

If you click on the square fire button 3 times, it will switch between Volts and Watts.
To turn it off, click the square button 5 times. Click it 5 times to turn it back on. (this is for safety, like when wanting to put in your pocket and not have it fire on you)

As for the "lock" this is actually as feature. This allows you to choose your setting and lock them not being able to change anything on it, like moving the volts or watts up or down etc..

If you press both the arrow buttons for 2-3 seconds it will lock your current settings and you will see a lock screen.
To unlock, hold both buttons for 2-3 seconds until the unlock screen appears.

The power low means you need to charge it especially if you just got it. When I first got mine, showed full battery charge but was not. Charge it up fully.

Hope this helps.
