So the answer *IS* the silicone sleeve which you can get from fasttech/China or impatiently from Ebay (which is what I did). It is not sound proof now but a heck of a lot better. The seem can barely be seen in normal light, my flash is "showing it off".

Best $10 I spent and it is that nice soft silicone like you get with a sigelei. Woot Woot

This mod is a perfect match for the TFV4 and the uwell Crown because both are best right at 90 watts.

I order from FS usually but a lot of my packages recently have gotten weird delays, so 3 weeks to a month on some things. So since this was a cheaper item and the rattle drove me crazy I splurged on U.S. shipped Fleabay

I will say it totally changes how this thing feels, go's from feeling like 30 bucks to a 70 dollar mod.

I like the feel of silicone sleeves. I've put them on several mods recently. Protects the finish, makes them more comfy and less slippery.

The ones I got from FT for my Sig 100Ws don't fit right though. I had to recut them around the fire button.

I just ordered one, $13 after CA tax on eBay. I normally don't care for silicone but in this case I don't see a way around it.
