I found an item listed on Eightvape that Id like to order, but its 100$. Ive hear some very negative reports about them a while back. Then I heard they resolved it, but then I saw a post today about how a paxkage got lost and they offered ZERO help and simply told the person to contact USPS.

Id really like to avoid having to eat 100$ so i ckme and ask for your collective wisdom and experience guys. Is Eoghtvaoe trustworthy?

Its very scary, I just did a search on reddit and the complaints are numerous and severe. Thanks and sorry for botching the name in the title! hah

I've ordered from them several times and only had a problem once.
I haven't ordered from them since, but that's just coincidence.
As stated before, shipping is a little high but, I'd order again if price was good.

I've never ordered from them due to as @Letitia said, their shipping can be a bit much.I've heard good and bad things about them but that can be said about many places as well. I do use the general rule though, if in doubt don't and that goes for anything.

One thing if you go to their site right now, it says they are having tracking issues. So if you're worried I'd really suggest waiting until they get it cleared up. Then you could always check their policies and/or send an email about orders being insured and such.

EDIT: Scratch that, I just checked about shipping and such. I saw a link for contests, they are having an art contest, thought cool.

The bad is they are advertising the 1st person to get their logo TATTOOED on their body get $188.88 store credit. I'm into tat's but that is all kinds of messed up.

I'll spend money elsewhere, that's just too much ego mentality for me.

If you get a tracking number, then they have probably shipped the item. Then it's USPS' fault if the order doesn't arrive. IF the wrong item arrives, then it's on the shipper to rectify the problem.
Tracking number just means a label was created, I recommend signing up for the update notifications.

I mostly order from them, coz their prices are really unmatched. No problems whatsoever!
That seems to be many people's experience. I think when there is a problem though, their customer service is crappy. Maybe they are changing that though.

That's true but you have to look at how it's sent through USPS. Many times the buyer/receiver cannot open an investigation, they want the sender to contact them.

USPS rule is, who ever buys the insurance (from USPS) is the one to file the claim. So the seller is the purchaser not the buyer (of product). This used to be a rampant problem on Ebay (may still be I rarely shop there). Sellers used to offer insurance but wouldn't get involved in a claims process, as they didn't fully understand how the process worked. Now of course, it also depends on who you speak with at USPS and the mood they are in, lol.

When I have had an issue, the company I used always handled it. They would give a refund or ship a new item after I sent pics of a damaged item/package. They would just tell me to hold it for 30 days and have it ready for postal inspection if required or ship it back in the box the replacement came in. I've yet to have a lost package.
