Hello all, I just ordered a joyetech ego twist tank compact kit Joyetech eGo Twist Tank Compact Kit - $45.00 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail I use a VOLT and Halo G6 now and am happy with them , but I wanted to try some other PV. I would appreciate any opinions on this choice and if it is a good PV. I am still a noobie just been vaping a little over a couple of months. Also am I thinking right that I can still use my 808 carto's with an adapter on it. Thanks for your opinions

Crazy... I just got my Ego C Twist 1000mah in the mail today. I also have a G6 kit and Volt X2 900mah... First impressions of the twist. I love it. Simply put. My liquids have more flavor at higher voltages and slightly better TH.

I also have a 808/510 adapter for my 2.8ohm cartos and it works very well. I had to adjust the center pin of the adapter but after that it has been working perfectly on all my 808 cartos.

For some reason when using the 808 carts, I can get away with pretty low voltage on the twist. Seems 3.6 to 3.8 is a good range of volts for me. But for clearomisers I go 4 to 4.2.

I think you'll love it when you get it. I have to say though the X2 is a real performer for its class! The G6 is where I started and they got me off analogs, so I use them. I'll always have a love for the little guys (78mm manuals).

Edit: I forgot the adapter - 510 to 901/808-D Adapter

Myk I was not asking was wanting some opinions on it and on the web ssite it says it is a ego-c

The website says it's an eGo-C Twist BATTERY. The top is eGo-T which is not as good as the C because you can't as easily get to the atty to adjust the wick and when it goes out you need to replace the whole top for about 2-3 times more than an eGo-C atty.

I can't speak for the T but I know my C attys last a lot longer if I keep them to one flavor. That may help you get more bang for your atty buck.

For the cost of the eGo-T attys I'd consider using them up and either buying an eGo-C kit and using the Twist battery as a spare (it will be your main and one of the others will be a spare because it's good) or if you don't want to invest that kind of money get an eGo-C atty pack ($25) and an eGo-C cone/base ($13) for the Twist.

I thought this was in the New Members section where you were assured of getting nothing but eGo bashing to bum you out before you got it. It should be a little better in this section but if you would've asked before ordering you would've known it was a T.

Got my 1000mahTwist in the mail yesterday from AltSmoke. Unfortunately, they've been sold out of chargers for a while now. I've checked several sites, but it seems not all EGO chargers are compatible with all EGO models. Could someone please suggest a site which sells the EGO Twist charger for a decent price and S&H? I'd really like DC with USB connect option.

Thanks!

I bought one of my Twists and the charger here-
Ego USB Charger [EGO-charger] - $4.50 : Vapors Choice, Ecigarettes & Parts

Actually at this price I bought 2 chargers so I would have a spare.

Here you go! 2 bucks more expensive but if your in a hurry

eGo Rapid USB Charger
They have the 510 to 808 adapters as well.
Might I sugest a drip tip and some boge cartos, I find them good with my twist but I have gotten used to LR boges on a standard eGo batt so YMMV. Don't bother with the LR ones on a twist, the standard res is better at high volts.
