Okay so I bought my ego twist battery a little less than 2 months ago. When I plug the battery into the charger the light stays green. I know that it is not my charger, because I tested 2 other ones with no success. I know it is not a problem with the connection plate because I completely cleaned it out with a cu-tip and gently moved the plate up. In addition to this The battery still makes a solid connection with my ViVi Nova, all my regular boge cartos and even the dual coil smok tech's. When I connect them the battery flashes a bunch of times to signal me to charge it, but the battery won't connect to any chargers >.<

Edit: It has been fully functioning and charging fine up until this point

Sometimes the qc on these is a bit off, my gf got me one from litecig, and the batt life dropped from 3-2-1 hr and now it only lasts 30min (its a 1000mah, which i have others that last 12hrs) and its been 2 weeks since i got it. Also the button sticks down, she tried sending it back but of course 5 click locked it when she sent it and they sent it back saying the reason it didnt work was because it was locked... Basically calling her an idiot. At that point i got fed up and ordered us 2 provari minis.

Also on 2 of my black ones, the fire button will sometimes stay lit up on the right side after use, so yeah, the twist is a good product but the qc is not so good.

I've had this happen a couple of times. Once, it was because the post inside the battery had been pushed down. I wiggled it up a few millimeters, and that fixed it. Another time, this happened because I hadn't been cleaning off my battery post like I should have, and some of the gunk was transferred into the charger, so that it was all corroded. I lightly dampened a q-tip with a couple of drops of alcohol, and cleaned the connection post in the charger while it was unplugged, gave it a while to dry, then screwed the battery in, and everything was a go.

I hope you get it figured out, or can get a new charger quickly!

:( sorry to hear that, you may be able to solder it back on, but if not the good news is that they're only ~30 bucks so no big loss if they break, I have a few that I toss around as backups or bring w/ me places that I don't want my provari. I have had 5 total (not counting my gfs pink ones) and they break apart on me all the time and the #1 thing that happens to them over time is the top 510/eGo connector breaks off in my pocket.

eGos always end up as throw away batteries anyway, in my experience, w/ wear and tear and only a ~150 charge life span (as stated by joyetech) I usually count myself lucky if I get 4-6 months out of them.

IMO instead of getting a new one, if you're on a budget, look into getting a kicked tube mod or a lavatube type mod. It will save you money and headaches in the long run.

You know, with the price of the twist where it is, it really wouldn't be that bad to just buy another one. I know that could get old and expensive buying a bunch of them, but if you're not willing to drop money on a Provari or a Lavatube then you just have to pick your battles.

You could go the kick route, too. I have a bolt and i'm planning to get me a kick to use with 18350s, cheap power regulated mod!
