Don't all Ebay purchases go through Paypal? I always thought it was odd that ecig stuff was restricted in the US, but not if someone bought from Ebay.

The other thing is that Kanger, Aspire and Innokin are going through another wave of enforcing MAP pricing and unauthorized sales. Even through China shops, Paypal is restricting payments to anything from those manufacturers as "unauthorized" and "counterfiet". I'm guessing Paypal is using a filter but that would tip off Ebay of unauthorized products. If so, that would prevent selling them under "dry herb atomizers" category too. I ran into this with fast tech trying to buy Kanger coils and Paypal wouldn't accept the transaction. I had to pay direct.

E-cig stuff is not really restricted in the US. Using them in certain locations is.

PayPal had no problem completing my payment to FastTech for "authentic Kanger" coils and mini Protank 3 just the other day...

China doesn't have to follow our laws, so it's perfectly legal to use Paypal to buy anything e-cig related from China...unless otherwise specified by the vendor.

The postal service, freight carriers thru customs, however, can seize your shipments if they violate US laws once they enter the country.

That includes counterfeits or "1:1 Copies".

You right! You can e-packet from China and not here..thru Paypal...But, I bought an " KangerTech Protank 3" thru ebay and paypal and the filters missed it.
I'm not sure if they filter everything...I think a lot of it is vendor wars like someone said earlier! They get the lowest prices out of the picture and then they raise their ****
prices to what the market will pay!

Ebay and Pay-pal make me so sick. They are the original hypocrites. On one side they want to take the money so they can answer to the stockholders, but on the other side they have to satiate the radical lefties that are big players in the technology arena. This leads to confusion and policies that are anything but reliable.

Need a puking gif right here.
