Yeah, it's the e-cig's fault... there's no way he could have started a fire with a real cigarette... not with an oxygen tank... seriously, people... know your hazardous equipment... I'm just surprised it wasn't the toaster's fault! (Not joking, people on O2 should be WAAAYYY more careful!!)
I am sorry for the guy's death, though... and I'll step down from my soapbox...
