I'm not even saying it is produced in most circumstances I'm saying it has the potential to be produced....

You've completely twisted what I've posted...
If you go back to post #27, you started it off with... "There's plenty of things that go wrong".

You did not say "there's plenty of things that *could* go wrong. You said things "go wrong". And you went on to try to justify the idea that there is some sort of evidence of harm. In fact, there is no documented evidence of actual harm, none at all.

But some people simply cannot let that simple factual statement of absence of evidence go unchallenged. So no, I did not twist what you said at all. And this refusal to let simple statements of fact stand on their own is why these endless arguments ensue.

Again taken out of context....

I've come to the conclusion it would be in my best interests to simply ignore you, I will no longer be able to see your past and current posts, remember keep an open mind, reduce risk where possible, we've already reduced risks considerably by switching to vaping, that doesn't mean it can't be improved upon..

Have a very nice day.

Although the formaldehyde can be avoided when devices are used properly, it is however a KNOWN human carcinogen,

Formaldehyde was used as a food preservative for many years without causing any
apparent harm. California said its causes a obscure and uber rare form of nasal
cancer and thus considers it to cause cancer. The federal government doesn't say it
causes cancer but has been linked to the aforementioned obscure and uber rare
form of nasal cancer. Many scientists and other academics believe Formaldehyde is
perfectly safe.
Look at it this way, would it be a good thing if we found solutions to current potential harms and remove those potential harms from the industry without sacrificing performance?

Of course you would agree, current status quo can be approved upon and I'm all for that.
I do not agree at all. Everything then becomes potentially harmful. There will be no end
to it. Just from the forums here there are supposed problems with the wicks, coils, plastic
in the tanks and e-juice storage, batteries,PG,VG,some types of flavoring, all types of flavoring
and food coloring. Each individually and or with each other in any combination imaginable.
Using your method there would be no e-cigarette industry. We would have voluntarily
quit and shut down everything.

Reducing known risk is fine and doable. Removing potential risk sounds reasonable until
you take into account if it actually has potential to cause harm. 99% of the time its
just someone's opinion concerning their own views on potential risk. Taken on its face
removing things thought to be potentially risky implies removing things potentially
safe if in fact there was anything to be concerned about in the first place. I am a
glass is half full kind of guy. I prefer to say vaping is potentially safe as opposed to
potentially risky. Remember potential risk is the club that's beaten over our heads
time and time again to justify so many things government does to regulate and control
us.

I never smoked but I just started using vapors I like them but I don't want to end up getting cancer or anything or worse damage to your body/lungs/skin is this true for vapors or only for smokers?

Does vaping cause the same health issues as smoking: No.

Anything done to extremes tends to cause problems

Quit smoking in Sept 2015 after taking up vaping.

My Drs are Nurse Practitioners that work under a Dr. When I told them I vaped, they said great! I had been trying to quit smoking for over a year. I'd tried gum, the patch and inhalers, and none worked for very long. As soon as I ran out, I was right back to smoking...if not sooner. They had me go out to the car and get my box mod, tell them all about it, and demonstrate it in their office. They're 100% behind it.

My dentists and orthopedic surgeon (for gum grafts) had no qualms abt me vaping, and were glad that I had quit smoking.

I have no heath problems from vaping. I did have health problems from smoking. I had peripheral arterial disease, (PAD) and could not walk more than 100 ft. without my legs painfully cramping up. I also had terrible pains in my legs at night and could not sleep. Add to that poor lung function and constantly coughing up gunk. Over time into vaping that all went away. Now I have no problem walking miles, I don't cough up gunk anymore, and I have no more leg pains at night, and on the whole I feel so much better.

So no, vaping does not cause the health problems of smoking.
That's what I'm hoping will happen.
