Can someone explain to me the unflavored nicotine aspect?? I dont get the MG aspect.. I valr 3mg nic.. But the lowest i can choose is 24mg... Is this the purity of the nic?? Or what am i missing? Also choosing the vg/pg ratio of the nic, since i wont be putting too much nic in my 30 mls, does it matter if i go with more vg or pg in the nic? Will it affect my over all mox ratio of vg/pg.. Looking to make between vg55-70 pg 45-30.. Thanks guys.

Simply put it's the percentage of nicotine suspended in either PG or VG. 24mg/ml is 2.4% and 3mg/ml is .3%, to get 3mg/ml from 24mg/ml you need to dilute it with PG and/or VG.

Yes, 100mg/ml is 10%. A ml has 1000mg so 100mg would be nicotine and 900mg would be PG or VG.

Here's some numbers. Assuming you are using your 24mg nicotine in a PG base. To get 60VG 40PG at 3mg and mixing 100ml you would use:

12.5ml of your 24mg nic base.
27.5ml of PG
60ml of VG

and shake it all up.

Personal recommendation from somebody who made the mistake of purchasing 24mg/ML Nic recently, spend the extra few bucks and get at least 60mg/ml. The 24mg requires far too much to reach the 3MG level in a mix, and can really mess with a PG/VG Ratio. I upped mine to 100mg/ml and I am now using significantly less nic in each batch, and I am able to have greater control over my ratios.

Of course, it would be best to do some reading through the links posted above to understand how to do DIY properly, and safely

Using 24mg only requires 12.5% to make 3mg. With PG based nic at a 50/50 ratio that leaves plenty of room for PG based flavoring. If your trying to achieve a high VG ratio you need to use VG based nic.
