No matter amount(I do 5ml sometimes for unflavored-nic-taste-testings), using a scale is faster and atleast as precise, and no cleanup(a single drop is 0.02g minimum, and theres leftovers in the syringe/needle and many syringes aren't calibrated either, and even if they are, then it's still based upon eye-balling the correct amount). If people don't wanna convert as they're stuck in there ways, or simply just can't be bothered, then I fully respect that, but there's no doubt logically that weighing has several benefits and no real cons over volumetric measuring. The only "con" is the flavors, where we often use a consistent value e.g. 1, and that's not a con for personal mixes as they are 100% as good and repeatable, but when following others recipes then the result can be very slightly off, but it's both very little and in addition is fully out-weighted by the min 0.02g drop size and uncalibrated syringes and leftovers in syringe/needle. Many of the people that don't like the idea of weighing, bases it off a faulty image of that they have to do all sorts of calculations, or needing to setup something lengthy and advanced, using said method, which isn't true, as it's just as simple as volumetric measuring as the app handles everything for you; you maybe have to set the flavor density to '1' and the nicbase density to e.g. '1.24' and tick "enable showing grams" or alike; done! - Your mixing time is from now on roughly cut in half and cleaning anything afterwards is a thing of the past!...
