Dilute the nic in e-juices?

Is it possible to dilute the nicotine in e-juices to lower the strength? I realized after a few days of having some major mental issues getting worse and worse as well as my chest getting rather heavy like I had smoked 3 packs of analogs in a day (and i haven't touched even one in 3 weeks), that i had nic poisoning. I learned that to fix this needed to cut back how often i vape (because I was vaping at a constant) but also the strength of e-juice i was using. I had just ordered some juices that were too high before realizing the nice poisoning thing and now I would like to dilute them to make a lower amount without killing the flavor. Just in case i start to overvape without noticing again.
Is there a good way of doing this?

for some reason i think you can add everclear or plain old vodka to dilute it some. even just 10-20% would make a big difference. also, you can buy vanilla or almond extract in an alcohol base in the market. there are brands with no sugar. this would dilute it but still give it a subtle flavor.

use an online ejuice calculator to determine how much VG would bring you down to your nic target and experiment

just add plain pg/vg to it. if your solution is 36mg add same amount in plain vg/pg to make it 18mg (well ish), if 24mg add 25% plain pg vg to it to make 18mg etc etc............a good idea is to always have various strengths, start the day on a low nic level and if you cant quite get that itch go to something higher for half hour or so and once it's gone go back to the lower level........well that's my opinion any ways good luck

If you don't have plain PG or Vg, distilled water works, too, but it will make you juice a bit thinner. I was in a pinch and diluted some juice 50/50 with water. it vaped fine, but I don't think that I'd want to go above 50% water. Try it out with a ml of your juice and see.
