Nope, nope, nope! Cease and desist this practice!!
Using one charged and one discharged battery in a dual-battery mod is going to put more stress on the discharged battery, which is not good for the batteries. Or for the mod.

Get a 2-battery charger. Purchase another matching battery - or better yet, four new identical batteries - and mark them as paired sets. This is referred to as "marrying" batteries. You want the pair to go through charge/discharge cycles together to keep those processes balanced.

Untill i get a new charger i will keep this practice for 1 week. I dont think the damage or risk of explosion will be very high

Don't do this. A dual bat mod requires a matched pair at the same charge level. Using 1 depleted and 1 fully charged battery may cause a thermal runaway where the charged battery is flowing current to the depleted.

Get a 2 or 4 bay charger, and 1 more of the same battery to have 2 paired sets.

Will your mod charge with a USB? If so, charge it like this until you get a new charger and another battery. I'm with Douggro, don't do this, don't want to read about u in the papers blowing off your face.
Yes, charging through the USB port would be better from a safety standpoint.

I have only 1 battery charger
I use a mod with 2 batteries ( so i have in total 3 batteries)
I am chargin one battery in the charger and then swap a depleted one and the charged one
Will this mismatch of capacity in the MOD will cause the batteries to explode?
What happens when i use my mod with one battery at 90% capacity and one at 10% ?
IF both batteries are in parallel, the one with less charge can pull current from the one with higher charge and MAY cause the depleted battery to overheat under certain circumstances.
It's important to use the same type/capacity/chemistry battery for both. Each cell must be matched especially under the heavy loads use in vaping.

A 4th battery at minimum should be your next purchase. Followed by a 2 bay or 4 bay charger, followed by 4 to 6 new batteries.

USING a married pair of batteries will prolong the battery life. Actually a single cell charger should in theory charge the set better than a multi bay charger. Marriage wise. As the single bay will charge each battery the same and the multi bay will charge each battery independently. Has the same potential for ruining a marriage as separate vacations.

I strongly recommend not doing this. Really. Please. It's really just not worth the risk.

As those above stated, don't do this. In addition to the risks outlined above, you're also risking permanent damage to the batteries.

Most dual-cell regulated mods monitor the battery voltage of both cells at the same time, rather than monitoring each cell individually. Let's say that mod has a voltage cutoff of 3.2 volts. The mod will be looking at the average voltage of both cells. While this is perfectly acceptable with matched pairs at the same (or very close to the same) charge state, as one cell approaches it low voltage state, the mod will still be factoring in the voltage of the other cell as well, and you may very well drop below the point of no return with that other cell, and at that point, you'll be down to one cell.

Please, just stop.

Lithium batteries should be treated with care.
Please state exactly what mod you are using, and what batteries you are using.

When using lithium batteries in a 2 battery mod, proper practice is to buy new batteries in pairs, and use the batteries in those pairs.

Most regulated dual battery mods are series; one exception is the istick100.
Many regulated box mods nowadays include onboard charging via usb, which would be the better option for you temporarily until you get a dual bay charger (be sure to get independent bay charger).

+1. It's really risky. If you only have a 1 bay charger, fine. Take both batteries out, charge one, then charge the other, then use them. A charged and a low battery is like begging for a vent.

Nah , i did this for a week , i guess i will be fine for another week since i use low power regulated MOD TC Eleaf Istick 100 W

Whatever. It's your ace on the line not mine but since you're dead-set on ignoring the advice given you by experienced users, don't come crying to us when it goes thermal and blows up in your hands and face. You can't say we didn't warn ya..,

"It's just another week..."
How many times do you vape in an hour? In a day? Times seven? Is it really worth all of those individual risks?

It might be just another week, but a week can be 500-3,000 chances of venting, stress, and really, really bad leakage/overheating/explosions that you read about in the newspapers that give vaping a bad name.

Not only that, but let's say you survive this week with no venting, battery problems, ect - those batteries will be stressed. And that's going to carry with you once you finally do get a multiple charger.
