Hello,

My girlfriend uses a ProVari Mini V2. She is sick and tired of disposable coils and has tried to rebuild them with not much luck.

ANYWAY... We are very interested in a kayfun 4 as per PBusardo's review. I think despite the expense, it would be worth it in the long run and she could really start to enjoy vaping again. She already has the wire and cotton.

We went to Vaperev's site and noticed a Kayfun Lite Plus for @ $100 cheaper. Could someone PLEASE tell us the difference between the two other than price? Are they both made by the same people? Are they the same quality? Etc. etc. etc.

Thank you to anyone who helps. I did not want to bother PBusardo and have usually always found very helpful people here.

One last thing while I'm here: If she upgrades to the P3 later will she be able to purchase the P3 base separately?

Thank you and Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Yes, they're both produced by Svoemesto (designed in Russia, made in Germany), and are of the same high quality.

The v4 has greater airflow, a somewhat larger build deck, and juice control. The v4 also comes with three tank options (glass, plastic, and steel), while the KFL+ comes with two (plastic and steel). Finally, the v4 is designed for top-filling (thanks to the juice control); the KFL+ is designed to be filled through a screw on the bottom, though there's also a trick to top-fill it as well.

It's also worth mentioning that the v4 has easily 2x as many parts as the KFL+, but unlike its predecessor, includes no spare screws or o-rings.

Yes, the P3 adapter (for the v4 only) can be purchased separately, as can the spare parts I mentioned above.

Thanks for the replies. As she was leaving for work just now, I read these replies to her. We chuckled about, "one of each."

She just ordered some of the new Nautilus BVC coils with the bigger holes. If those don't work for her, I think the K4 is the way to go. She has a birthday coming up in July.

Whenever we have, "settled" to save cash, we have not been happy. Back in 2012, it's why we went ProVari. We just looked at each other and said, "Screw it, let's go for the best, it's the only thing that will make us happy." We've never looked back.

Besides, ever seeing KISS at Tiger Stadium, I've had this thing for the best...
