Hi and welcome!

I don't think very many people have ordered from them. It was only until recently (I presume after seeing the business fasttech is doing) that they started selling single units. They used to have minimum orders of like 100 units. They've been in business for quite awhile, but it's possible they haven't their act together to smaller orders.

I haven't checked them recently, but when I was looking at their inventory a few months back although they carried somethings FT didn't have their prices were higher. Chinabuye is another one that's getting into the e-cig game.

Looks to me as if DHgate is similar to Amazon or even Ebay somewhat as they don't actually get involved in the merchandise handling part of the transaction. Each item has a unique seller listed with item description provided by the seller and feedback on the seller. Some offer wholesale lots, some offer single items.

Read the DHGate faq. If you have a problem with an item you must reach an agreement with the merchant. DHGate only gets involved if you are unable to reach a compromise.

FastTech assumes all responsibility for their merchandise and it passes through their hands and is "inspected" and packaged before its sent to you. Also FastTech is able to ship directly to USPS and bypasses China Post. It may still be slow but you can track its progress through the USPS site.

If you've never ordered from China before be warned that its ALL slow, even USPS. But China Post is a notorious black hole that sucks your goods in on one end and may or may not spit it out the other end weeks or even a month or more later.
I've had parts for another hobby show up 8 weeks later, I'd forgotten I even sent for them.

I'd suggest that you stay away from DHgate!

I'm talking from experience.

Fake tracking #'s, junk, damaged and used goods and items that look nothing like
the product page pics.

There are some reputable and decent sellers, but it's a cesspool for the most part.

Cheap chinese made guitar pedals from a reliable seller -> ok

Cheap e-juice bottles from a reliable seller -> You'll probably be ok

For most other e-cig related items, you'll find better prices elsewhere and will probably
receive what you've ordered.

If you get burnt, it's a nightmare getting a refund and their customer service usually
sides with the seller. You'll go through the hassle of making a video, taking pics and
then will be given a one finger salute. PayPal no longer does business with them.
A credit card charge dispute is your one and only weapon.

I'm currently going through hell dealing with some crook seller named "Zhaohiu32216".
He had a 100% feedback rating when I ordered and it recently went down to 66.7%. I purchased
and paid for a hard to find Innokin Lea Kross kit w/Duo Carts Sept. 23rd and finally received it
yesterday. When I opened the box, I found a used Innokin Lea 800 kit with a broken atomizer.

Oh, I forgot another craptastic deal. When I first decided to try out vaping, I purchased a 650mah
duo EGO-T kit from another seller on DHgate. Battery heads and CE5 clearomizers were covered in
machine oil, EGO-T tm logos were not on the batteries as pictured on the product page, each "650mah"
battery lost charge after an hour of use and one mini-exploded in my left hand and lightly burned one of
my fingers.

If you like gambling with the unknown, then DHgate is for you! ;)

Hello and welcome
If not for DHGate I would still be smoking .
90% of my gear came from them.
What I did was to order 5 kits at 7.00 each hung on to two kits and sold the other three this is how I payed for my vaping gear .
Passthrus three of them , bottles ,T3 , mod ,battery's and a lot of atty. and cart.
To date I have spent 40.00 on vaping the rest was payed for by getting rid of what I didn't need ,at a great price to friends .
So I have used them a good bit ,it take time to get here but they always have gotten to me .
Hope this helps

Is the fasttech stuff legit or knockoffs?

Yes and no. For example they sell Kanger ProTanks are are labeled as Kanger ProTanks= genuine.
$10.28 Kanger Protank Clearomizer with Pyrex Glass Tank (2.5mL) - translucent / 2.4
They also sell knockoff ProTanks which are NOT labeled as Kanger.
$4.95 X9 Protank Clearomizer (2.5mL) - translucent / 2.5
They also sell knockoff Vivi Novas BUT are not labeled as Vision Vivi Novas which are the genuine Vivis.
Mods they sell the genuine labeled Innokin MVP 2 which is genuine.
$45.16 INNOKIN iTaste MVP 5-in-1 Voltage Adjustable Rechargeable 2600mAh Mechanical LCD Electronic Cigarettes Set - black / with iClear 16 atomizers at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
If unsure it's best to ask here as I've seen some erroneous info within the FastTech Forums.

The items FT sells is no different from Vendors here in N. America and it's "buyer beware/ do your research" before purchasing.

I've ordered from Dhgate before, and it was a pretty positive deal. Two high-powered flashlights for $10 shipped. Got them over 2 years ago, and they still work.

On topic though, I also have been wondering about them for vape supplies. Not juices, I just don't trust them. But from the clearos and tanks, some do look like good deals, (if they actually work, that is!).
