Yeah, yzer... well, the problem I have with it (for any business) is not the smoke free indoor policy, but the fact that they can try and tell you what to do outside and in your own car.

It gets worse. Some healthcare organizations test employees for nicotine use.... even off the job.

This kind of stuff is downright Un-American IMO.
I must agree with you. Unfortunately, corporations (international and domestic) own too much of the USA and dictate citizens behavior to an excessive degree. Fight it, or knuckle under.

12. With our company’s stated purpose of helping people on their path to better health and the new tobacco-free campus policy, will we stop selling tobacco products in our retail stores?

As a company focused on helping people on their path to better health, we acknowledge that the sale of tobacco products in our stores is a challenging issue. Our executive leaders continue to discuss this question in the context of what is right for our customers and what is right for the company.

We know that a percentage of our customers choose to use tobacco products, and they are legal for adults to purchase. We make these products available for the convenience of our adult customers, but we do not advertise or promote them. Cigarettes are placed behind the counter so customers must ask for them and they are generally stocked alongside smoking cessation products. At our MinuteClinic retail health clinics, we offer smoking cessation as one of our services. CVS/pharmacy has also long had policies and procedures intended to prevent tobacco products from being sold to minors.

Funny they will force you to quit but they won't lead by example and stop selling it. It all comes down to money. They want you to quit to lower the insurance premium they pay but won't stop selling because of the great profit they see from cigarettes..... typical. CVS can suck it. None here so they won't get my buisness anyways
