Id like to mix a raspberry donut with cream filling ejuice using DX Frosted Donut (TPA), and Raspberry (Sweet) (TPA). Can't decide which cream to use to make a really thick sweet cream. The creams I have are.
Bavarian Cream (FW)
Butter Cream (FW)
Dairy Milk (TPA)
French Vanilla Creme (TPA)
Sweet Cream (FW)
Vanilla Bean Gelato (TPA)
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA)
Vienna Cream (FA)
Whipped Cream (TPA)

Im thinking
DX Frosted Donut (TPA) 6%
Raspberry (Sweet) (TPA) 5%
Cream 3%

I don't know if this will be of help to you or not, but Bill's Magic Vapor has these recommendations in his Blog. (He's a longtime ECF member and blogger, former commercial eliquid maker, and TFA thread contributor for years who's helped many with DIY.)

Here are his recommendations of the flavorings to mix, to make a cream base and for a custard base, that you would then add a main fruit or other flavoring to. (He had % beside each one, but since you aren't looking for a custard or cream eliquid...I removed those % and the sweeteners he had in them. They would all have been to high for just the "filling" you want as a secondary in your eliquid.) They might at least give you an idea of what flavorings to use though. You could decide on the % to use. He uses mostly TFA flavorings, so unless otherwise noted...they're TFA.

Custard -
Vanilla Custard
Bavarian Cream

Cream -
Sweet Cream
Vanilla Swirl
Hazelnut
Honey

I went back and checked my files of his recipes that I saved from the Dropbox, and found the ones below. He made eliquids commercially, so his recipes used more sweeteners and higher total flavoring %. Many who DIY would probably use 1/2 of those %, since their tastebuds have most likely healed after not smoking for some time. I used them at the % shown when I first started DIY. I now use them at about 1/2 of what's shown when I make his recipes. Neither recipe is exactly what you were looking for (ie. just the cream filling)...but thought they may be of some help anyway.

Frosted Donuts

Frosted Donut - 18%
DX Sweet Cream - 5%
Sweetener - 2%
Vanilla Swirl - 2%
Cotton Candy - 2%
Butter - 1%

Raspberry Frosted Danish

Raspberry - 9%
Vanilla Custard - 4% (Can use Vanilla Swirl instead, same formula but no diketones)
Sweetener - 3% or Brown Sugar - 3-6%
Belgian Waffle - 3%
Butter- 3%
DX Sweet Cream - 3%
Cream Cheese Icing 2% (LorAnn)

Though I haven't tried these 2...I will say that none of Bill's recipes that I have tried so far, have been "duds". On the contrary, they've all been very good, to me.

Up North
I found a raspberry custard recipe that I like - it's called "Deek's Raspberry Custard" and credit goes to him.

Biscuit (INAWERA) 1%
Madagascar (Vanilla Classic) (FA) 1%
Raspberry Shisha (INAWERA) 0.5%
Vanilla Custard v1 (CAP) 9.5%
Vienna Cream (FA) 1%

I suppose you could try subbing the raspberry, and swapping the biscuit with doughnut, though it's pretty tasty as-is.
