you're getting your cotton inside of your drip-tip? I assume this is due to the type of cotton that you are using, and the specific batch that you have & are currently using... You should try using a different batch. for example, if you've been using cotton from the same square, switch squares, because you may have ripped-into the square u are using currently, in a way that causes the cotton to fall-apart during use in your attys.... so try changing the square of cotton u are ripping your wicks from. ;) NEXT- I would suggest that you try a different wicking material all-together, if this continues to happen, & continues to bother you.... For instance, grab some cotton-ballz from your bathroom (or your girl's/wife's/mom's bathroom) and make wicks out of those!!!

It SOUNDS to me, that your problem is a direct result of the type of cotton yer using (japanese) and the WAY you are ripping it apart (perhaps against the grain, so to speak?) try ripping it WITH the grain next-time. K? K.

No i'm ripping it with the grain because at first i rip it against the grain and when i i pull it trough the coil it falls apart. So. I rip it with grain .. but can i just wick it without ripping it ? Just cut my desired cut size then roll it will that work ?

Hi I have this problem when i vape. every time i check the drip tip, there is like cotton fibers inside of it. this means i also inhale some of those fibers right ? is bad ? and can someone help me how to avoid this ? i use Japanese cotton and i always peel the side of it before i wick my coil.

Help please, thanks ...

Been vaping a long time with silica, organic cotton balls, Kojendo, and Rayon.

Never saw cotton in my drip tip.

I suggest two things.

1. It's pocket lint.
2. Change your wicking material. To organic cotton balls or Rayon.

If it's pocket lint occasionally remove the tip and blow it out.

I've not heard of anything like this.
Are you 100% sure it's cotton? I mean, if your wick was disintegrating, you'd have no wick and no vape or a bad vape pretty soon.
On an RDA, it's nice :) because you can watch what is going on every time you take off the cap for whatever reason.
Maybe you have some unusual cotton.

Right. The juicd should keep the fibers together.

I really think it is pocket lint.

If it was from the wick you would expect the juice to hold the fibers together.

I sincerely believe it is nothing but pocket lint
