Back to your original topic... what recipes are you wanting to use it for? There is a reason it's better to make small 10 ml test batches of each single flavor first. Maybe we can suggest another substitute for the CM.Just wanted to know that, has anyone had experience with Flavour Art Condensed Milk. I use one, only made three batches of 100ml liquid with it and it is hideous. So too is Flavour West Sweet Cream. But the condensed milk takes the cake. I normally make 3 mg liquids and get add about 2% of condensed milk. But it just ruins all the taste. Both the flavours are PG based.
Woops... just saw your other post... fruits. many options for "creamy" flavors... milk, cream, vienna cream, bavarian cream, custard (in order from simple to rich heavy profiles) Also meringue and marshmallow are options. Keep in mind I'm still leaning myself and mostly going by my research... others can give you better advice on those. Personally, custards are just too much for me. Liked them at first, then got burned out really fast. Oh yea... I forgot ice cream.
