I always use plain old rubbing alcohol when I cleaned my disposable esmart clearos. Use clean alc each time. soak overnight. shake out well and let dry for a day in a black tray by a window in the sun.
Note some flavors will not rinse out well tobacco and strong vanilla for instance. Fruity flavors rinse out well.

There is really no way to clean disposable coils. Some you could rebuild and it's not super hard but it took me 4 or 5 tries to get it right. If you're thinking about trying to flush the old juice out and use a whole different juice, you either use Cloudman's suggestion or tough it out and vape through the mix of juices until the new juice takes over. This is why rba tanks are so popular. You can just re-wick and use the new juice with no issues.

I have 12 new flavors coming and was thinking between flavors I'd try and bit vape unflavored juice to try and clear the last one out...I'm hoping that way I just get a muted flavor to start and not some funky blend that'll take a while to go away
You'll never get all of the flavor out of the coils. Resign yourself to using an RDA (best option for testing juices) since you can pretty much burn out all of the juice without burning the wick if you're careful (and if you do, rewick it) or the old bridged or bridgeless drippers (look like cartos)... I always have a box of these in my inventory... they're great for taking to new vape shops... and the juice burns out completely without burning the wick.

Or do what I suggested above if these are 12 flavors you like. Get a whole ton of coils and set them aside in 12 bottles. Or get multiple tanks to reduce coil clutter.

I was thinking of getting a few of those cheap 510 Atomizers.

I'm testing new flavors, so two or three of those guy might be a better way to go, for me.
boge or smoktech or are they close enough?

Really doesn't matter, the brand, so long as you recognize it. I always get the low resistance 1.5 ohm drippers. They're pretty cheap. Just make sure you're actually buying a bridgeless (or bridged if you prefer that) 510 threaded atomizer... NOT a carto. I think bridgeless attys give better flavor and clean out quicker, but some people swear by bridged attys. Both work great, though, so get a couple of each and try it... just get the low resistance coils... tons more flavor.

What kind of "disposable coils" are you talking about? Like, Protank atomizer heads? I use Protank gear all the time, rebuilding the coils in the atomizer. You can dry-burn and re-wick these with cotton. Only flavors that I've found leave even a trace on a dry-burned coil are menthol, and clove. But I do tend to mix/fade juices into each other on purpose.

Once a tank is empty and i change to a new flavor which is about every other day id hate to toss the coil..whats the best way to clean them without damaging them?

depends on what kind of coil.

on the protank/evod single coils you could dryburn and rewick with cotton.

some people have used denture cleaner to clean coils

I have always soaked them in cheap Vodka for a few days and then just let them air dry for a few days more. You probably will still taste some of the last flavor that was vaped but it will diminish after a while. I did buy a mini drip setup to use for sampling or as I call it "variety vaping" different flavors though. I just, as it is called "paint" just the coil and the cotton inside it with a few drops at a time. That method works pretty well for me.

I bought a few 510 atomizers and I am so glad I did! That way if I really dislike a flavor or just want to vape it for a very short while I don't use up a coil! I have a chocolate juice that is a coil killer and is not an all day vape! The 510 atomizer works great!
