Cleaning a protank 3?

Hey guys so I occasionally get fluid in the draw stem part of my atty, gets the 510 connector on my evic wet, causes a bad inhale, liquid drains from the drip tip and I'm sure can't be great for the replaceable coil head.
So how do I clean it? Is it safe to soak the coil head, clean and dry it, clean all other components and reassemble; or is that, for whatever reason, a naive thing to do? Just want to be careful, if you read my last post I'm more skeptical of using my vape after reading battery horror stories today

Sure, you can take it apart, rinse it out and let it dry. I used to soak the atomizers in alcohol, then rinse it well with water and let them dry.

I've been running my coils through my Keurig Vue set at max temp, 20 Oz, strong in the reusable cup. Has worked very well. It even "steam cleans" the funk left by dark/extra sweet juices.

The cheapest method I found was take a coffee cup fill 1/2 - 3/4 with water, nuke in microwave fir 1 min, tank tank apart and soak till water is cool. Then air dry and fill when dry. I can use same coils for week/months this way.

This won't help for the cleaning portion, but if you pick up the Air Flow Control (AFC) from the Aerotank, the bottom is sealed and the battery will no longer get wet. Plus as an added bonus you can control your air flow.

The AFC is like $ 4-5.

Easiest way Ive found to clean a protank is to:

Drive out to the railroads tracks

Set protank down on the rails

Wait for a train to run over it

Then go buy a Phiniac tank and Smoketech cartos
