I mean your build is going to be a clapton.... 26ga wrapped in 32ga, you can look on the steam engine calculator to see how many wraps you need for your desired resistance. Do you want to build dual or single coil?

Its 32 wrapped around 26. I tried steam engine but couldnt find clapton wire.

It would be a dual coil build.

You can make the clapton under the wire wizard tab on the site.

For example if you were aiming for a 0.4ohm dual coil build you would do 8 wraps on a 3mm i.d.

The resistance really is personal preference, you can play around with it until you find something that suits you.

Yeah... tried doing 8 wraps and the ramp up is too slow. I have to pump the watts to around 60 to get a good hit. I am building a 5 wrap right now and see how it performs.

On another note, just bought on my local store a juice called The Raging Donut from food fighter juice and it's freaking awesome.

Try a bunch of different builds with your wire. I would start with.
1. Dual horizontals
2. Dual verticals
3. Single coils
4. 2.5mm ID
5. 3mm ID

Your wraps will be anywhere from 7/6s, 8/7s, maybe as low as 6/5s.

Here is what I am running now in my Velo. It's a 24gTi, 2 core, 36gK1 fused Clapton single coil ohms out at .15. I'm running it on my Snow Wolf 75 in Ti mode at 515F. Killer vape.

I might try making a Clapton coil just try it out ... Does it really perform that much better than a plain ol' Kanthal coil?

I have been real happy with a single 27 gauge Kanthal coil.

8 wraps around a 7/64" (2.8mm) drill bit gets me a 1.3 ohm coil.

Works great in my SvoëMesto Kayfun Lite-Plus and my Lemo 2.
It performs very differently. "Better", is completely subjective.
