Never did I like chocolate vapes. They always tasted fake. Untill....double chocolate clear at 4% and cocoa at roughly 2% as a chocolate base mix. I bet if I took the double clear up to 5% even it would only improve the chocolaty goodness. Or is it the cocoa? I'd pop it to 3% next go round just to see. But, this is right tasty. With peppermint, I get a dark chocolate taste and when I subbed that with cheesecake, I get a chocolate fudgecicle taste. Crazy. I'm almost getting brave enough to add bit of cherry to this. If it works, it will be over the top good. But I'm scared of cherry. But then, if I'm careful, well, there ya go. Chocolate covered cherries. Just in time for the holidays, right?

I made a chocolate cake from scratch long ago and didnt use enough cocoa. It was fairly bland. The second time I made this I doubled up on the amount of cocoa powder and the cake was delicious and very chocolatey. I wonder if, in mixing vape juice, would this principle apply? I know with other flavors, too much is a bad thing, but since I've never used chocolates, can I go higher than what I'm already doing and get even more flavor from it or will it flop and taste nasty.?

I like darker chocolates (in real life and vape juice) I also found that adding some (FA) cocoa helps. But I should warn you... it is a coil killer (clogs things up quickly) I do love it though. Without it, most chocolates taste like "tootsie roll". I actually just mentioned this on Fran's "Random DIY" thread. I love it with fruits (berries, orange, ect) and mint (I love butter mint) Also love smores... try it with graham and marshmallow ;) Finally, it's great with coffee (mocha) Right now I like (WF) Chocolate chunks and want to try (VT) Dark chocolate. Forget chasing the cherry flavors... many people have tried and gave up. Blueberry might be good though (and acai if you like less sweet and a bit tart)

I went through this phase were I would buy everything chocolate covered (in real life) to get ideas for vape juice. I would also eat them with actual butter mints. It is too bad there doesn't seem to be a good cherry flavor... do love chocolate covered cherries IRL. The only flavor I haven't tried with chocolate is peanut butter (going to get some TFA PB)

I use TFA double chocolate clear, at 2%, and a touch of FW barbarian cream at 1% along with .5% sweetener.
This is my main vape. With 15 devices in front of me, 1 is Capt Crunch Berry, 4 are Mocha and Cream, the rest? You got it. My chocolate mix.

I do like a touch of cream cheese now and then with it, a touch of orange, or even raspberry! (nope no cherry not since I started vaping almost 8 years ago starting with Cherry Cigar as my ADV - to get me off of Swisher Sweet cherry cigars)
Only I will only do so by the tank, add a few drops of another ready to go eliquid to my tanks.

Tried many chocolates, can't stand the fudges or cake types. Did do a peppermint patty a long time ago, just couldn't get it right. I have tried cocoa on it's own, maybe time to throw 1% in my mix.

I tasted a choco pnut butter juice once. Nope not doing that again lol. As far a cherry goes, I had a cherry failure early on when i first started mixing. I had made a fantastic strawberry cheesecake mix and was so excited and proud that I pulled this off as a beginner that I also got cocky. Black cherry cheesecake sounds awesome, right? No. Tasted like perfume cheesecake. Chocolate, for me, was like a holy grail. I only just now got chocolate going on that I can actually enjoy and am seeking a more chocolatey experience. Why, oh why, is cherry that flavor that cant be pinned down? Chocolate and cherry is such a luxurious flavor combo in real life. Could it be that to get an authentic cherry flavor it has to be at low, less than 1% ? I used black cherry at the same percentage I did with strawberry. Strawberry is tasty at around 4 to 7% and usually in combination with other different strawberry flavors, even possibly 10% total though I would probably stop at 8% tops. Had I went low low low with the BC it might have worked. But I'm leery of cherry anything still.

My peppermint patty was more like junior mints than yorks. It is actually pretty good. I'll dig up the recipe later and send it to ya. Maybe you could give it a go in a small sized batch. Not like me, who mixed up a whole 120ml at once lol. I got lucky though that it was vapable and damned decent at that.
