This method worked for me.....AFTER about a DOZEN failed attempts trying to enter the # WITH spaces!!!

just checked mine worked ok and thanks for buying a innokin product i am the uk so may have made a difference the site could be having problems with the internet from the USA i suppose try again tomorrow

since Al Gore is the inventor of the internet I can see several issues there, but you may not get that joke, being from the UK
