Charging through a 220 volt wall socket.

I am traveling to a country where unlike the US, the voltage is 220. Will I have a problem charging my ego by plugging into a 220 volt outlet? I can get an adapter that will physically fit into the outlet but it will not change the voltage to 110. My charger connects to the battery through a USB port. Thanks in advance.

I'm in the UK and the joyetech Ego mains/USB wall adaptor I have says Input:AC 100-240v. I maybe wrong but I would expect the US Joyetech adapter to say something similar.

Thank you very much. I checked, and you're right. Mine says the same thing. Therefore I should be fine with the use of an adapter.
