Charging problem???

I ended up with 2 kangertech evod vv 1000mah and I charged one on my ego t charger just fine but I put the other on charge and the button stayed lit till the green light came on showing it was done. Then the button flashed a few time and went off and the light went back to red showing it was charging again. Is there possibly a problem with the battery??? Thanks
