At first I had it in my hand constantly too. Now I find myself just using it while I do things that I normally would have done while I had a cigarette, like I'm doing now at the computer.

It's tremendously easy to overvape at first but with time you start learning how to read your body and know when to stop, like being full after eating. My cut off point is when I start to get heartburn which happens after 10 minutes or so.

I am also a chain vaper when I am home or in the car; not at work - can't really vape there. I only fully gave up analogs about a month ago, and when I smoked, I was only a 10 cig-a pack a day smoker, so I am vaping waaaaay more than I smoked. But even at my regular 35mg and 24mg of nicotine, I don't feel like I am getting as much as with an analog. Maybe that's why I vape so much at home. But it's good in that I have no craving to light a smoke whatsoever anymore. The vaping is doing it for me. I do have some 18mg, 11mg, and 0mg bottles in the fridge, and I hope to cut down to them in a few months. Eventually, I hope to be fully off nicotine. But I suppose I'll still chain vape the 0mg when the time comes. I really do enjoy it.

While I have heard a lot of good things about higher voltage, I am not sure that is the answer for me, though it is something I will keep in mind. I just ordered an Aloha mod from ivape.net that *can* be run at 6v... However, I am perfectly happy with 3.2 - 3.7. Since I originally posted this thread, I have found myself able to put down my PV more often, and even forgetting to vape now and again. I attribute this to 1) vaping at a higher nic mg and 2) I am finally feeling more comfortable with vaping, and not so much of an analog craving.

I want to thank everyone for such heartening and wise advice, because I was worried about being a 'chain vaper', much more so than I was with analogs. I am finally able to accept that weaning myself down will actually be done by my very own body! What a great sensation.

go high voltage, your needs will be met
