just got off the phone with CS, they told me the batt has a 510 connection and other cartos will work, but they may be larger in diameter and not look all that great, but they will work. also they said the cartos included in the kit or available on their website are 18mg cartos. i got transferred to tech support when i called because the CS rep didnt know what i was talking about. the tech guy was very knowledgeable, but kind of an ...... and as soon as i said thanks he hung up immediately.

Oddly nobody has asked about your Southbeach failure. Do they not offer a "LIFETIME warranty"? I was (this) close to purchasing a Southbeach but opted for the SI VOLT due to their wider selection of flavors and refills. I was after simplicity. So why have you not returned the Southbeach or is there some underlying reason why it has not been honored for replacement? How was it when it did work? I am curious as one of my early concerns was such a high voltage output from a rather small battery. It's kind of like turbo charging a tiny Honda engine imho. Sure it can work, but how long will it last hah.

Hello again!
Here is a very good cartomizer, a 510 at a sale price from a great supplier!

i am actually in the process of returning it now, which is another huge frustration for me. they do indeed have a lifetime warranty, but the first battery crapped out within 2 days leaving me with only one batt. the second battery died on me at around midnight a couple days back. i was forced to go buy analog cigs that night so that i would have something for work the next day. i asked for a refund rather than a replacement as i just couldnt take the chance that i would be left stranded without a vape again. im also extremely frustrated by the fact that they are making ME pay return shipping on this product and will not refund my money until i return it. this really pisses me off as the product was defective and that is 100% their fault not mine. this is why i chose not to continue with the south beach.

ive only been using these things for less than a week and have 2 bad experiences already. ive decided to stick with the smoke relief for now as the shop will not give me a refund (despite the fact that it smells bad, which is the opposite of what they advertise) even though their employee originally told me that it would be "no problem" when i asked him about the return policy. This is Smokies House of Pipes in ft worth texas for those looking for smoke shops to avoid.

ive decided im going to try another flavor from smoke relief that maybe will not smell like cigarettes (the vanilla, apple, or cherry) since the cartomizers are running $8 for 5 prefilled on their site right now and i will also pick up some blanks and some e liquid and try those out too. overall im feeling pretty ripped off by this whole process. i liked my south beach a lot when it worked, i like the smoke relief less, but it hasnt crapped out on me yet. it was ridiculously overpriced though so i am determined to get my monies worth before i invest in something else as i work minimum wage and the $80 i paid for the SR kit is about a days pay for me.
