And beautiful binding. You're right on with the Altoids tin idea, I keep a couple or three 78mm batts, a few full, capped cartos and a USB charger in mine. Will eventually pad it out, top and bottom with some thin foam if I can find just the right stuff. Course, it'll still say Altoids on it, not "Codex Leicester" or "A Season in Hell" on a cover.

Beautiful work with the binding, just beautiful.

I'm using a plastic grocery sack with all my stuff in a brown paper bag. Almost like a wino with his bottle..LOL

My take is: my carrying case is my pocket. If it doesn't fit there then it doesn't belong in my arsenal.

Well, making something like this isn't as easy as it looks. Remember, I'm a professional bookbinder, with about a decade of practice, and a LOT of very specialized tools and materials.

Maybe after I get the prototype made up this weekend for my 901s, I might consider taking some commissions, to help fund my new "HHV" and "Alice in Vapeland" habit...

Metal so you don't have to worry about anything getting broken unless you drive over it with a truck. I stick it in my backpack everyday. Glad to help.
